Hello everybody.

We all belong to UGC. UGC is not just a gaming community, but a family which has existed for many years preserving the bond between the members and the staff. UGC is lucky to have such people in staff who are willing to give their best in supporting the community and helping their community members as much as possible. Members equally support the community as well, in the form of regular donations. Everything goes well before something happens. A guy joins UGC staff. He donates a huge amount of money to the community and starts thinking that the community is now under his control. His activities impresses his seniors and soon he reaches a very high position. Using his rank, not only he made many rules for staff and members, but also made them to follow it. He created a fear in mind of every staff member about demotion or getting banned from UGC, if they try to oppose or go against him or his rules. Why do we need all this, wasn't the earlier UGC staff good enough that creating such a fear became a necessity? If he wants he can change decisions taken by other staff members. But then, he doesn't want anyone to even ask him about a decision taken by him, assuming that all of his decisions are always correct. The fear of demotion or a permanent ban along with lack of freedom of speech has made many staff members to leave their ranks. Remaining ones have lost their interest, because they have realized that their opinions have got no value these days, because whatever he decides he will do it, irrespective of what others are telling to him. He brought many people into the staff, even those who were not in a position to handle the given responsibility. He will always prefer adding or promoting those members into the staff who are his clan-mates or the ones who are his friends and support him. In short, UGC is now under a dictatorship. Are the days so bad for UGC that it needs to be controlled by a dictator?
