This is a kind request from people worldwide to ease the travel ban on the entry of foreign partners engaged in a long-distance relationship with a person living in the Philippines, subject to certain conditions. This petition is signed not only to ease the travel ban, but also support the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and Department of Tourism Philippines (DOT) for a solution. It is a suggestions which could improve discussions on this subject matter. With the COVID-19 regulations and the Philippine Department of Health which provides regular updates on the number of confirmed cases. The number of confirmed cases over time are decreasing. Therefore a Declaration of relationship for COVID-19 entry ban exemption like many other countries. Might bring a solution.
