The Osceola County School for the Arts (OCSA) features a wide open, easily accessible campus located next to Orange Blossom Trail. Due to recent events, it is becoming more and more necessary that we protect both ourselves, the students, and the teachers in any way possible. Be it cameras, fences, etc., we cannot let the OCSA campus stay as open as it is. Our recent lockdown only better proves this. The Osceola County School for the Arts needs better protection from threats and outside persons. This petition will be delivered to our administrators, and will hopefully spark change in the way we view our school and our campus. Jenny Sanchez is meeting with Debra Pace and Chundra Evens to discuss the safety of our campus.
