I, personally, have

Had my consultant 'skip' appointments, then lie about it

Had max employment staff breach my privacy by accessing my personal information without my knowledge or permission

Been recommended for high level jobs that I was not qualified for, air traffic controller, nurse, engineer.

Been forced into telephone only appointments, because they can't do their jobs properly and I call them out on it.

Now I have been banned from even contacting them by telephone.
