Dear Taylor,

Unprecedented demand, that’s what we keep hearing regarding getting Taylor Swift’s upcoming Eras Tour, and now Ticketmaster has cancelled the general public sale leaving fans who didn’t get tickets feeling incredibly disappointed. Many of us have followed you since your Tim McGraw days, and are left feeling so discouraged to be missing out on this epic tour. We know you’ve added as many dates as humanly possible to try to ensure we all get tickets, but it looks like that just isn’t going to happen. 

Luckily there is something that you and TaylorNation can do to help ease the sting of this a bit. Stream your tour for all of us who didn’t score tickets. Now, I’m not asking for you to stream it for free, that would be generous and welcome, but what if you charged say $20 for pay per view access to each show? Plenty of bands do this these days, and we all know it isn’t going to stop anyone from attending the live show. What it would do is give those of us who can’t come a chance to feel included. If you streamed each night you could even sell packages for folks who want to tune in every night and watch. 

You have one of the most loyal fan bases out there, and right now many of us are hurting. It’s not your fault, you’re only human and can only do so many shows. We get that. It’s also not your fault Ticketmaster totally botched the pre-sale, but that happened too. It’s left a bummer vibe and you can totally fix it. 

Please consider live streaming your shows for a fee for those of us who can’t be there in person. You make more money, and we get to watch live. Seems like a win-win to us.
