The Living Campus Ministry is a harmful group that is endorsed by a cult that goes by the name of The International Christian Church. It is also known as the International Church of Christ. This organization uses manipulative and deceptive practices when recruiting UWM students to their group. They do not give informed consent of what they practice and believe when recruiting students on campus. They strip you of your own faith and beliefs by showing you “biblical doctrine” of how it is only their church that ensures eternal life with Christ. 

In order to protect the students of UWM from spiritual, mental, and emotional trauma, we need the Dean of Students Office to take action in removing this organization from our campus. We cannot allow an organization to use methods of manipulation and deceit to proselytize the students of UWM. 

When I came to this campus, I did not think that I would have to worry about cults using a student organization to proselytize me to there one true church. I was lucky enough to have friends and family open my eyes to the manipulation tactics being used against me. This petition will make it so no one else will be hurt the way I was by the Living On Campus Ministry.
