Dead birds, seagulls & pigeons, are laying in a derelict retail arcade at 433 Nepean Hwy Frankston, Melbourne (arcade goes through to Keys Street). 

Alive Birds are DYING to get out!

Relevant Wildlife authorities were notified of this tragedy Friday 22 July 2022 & NO ONE has unlocked the doors to allow the birds to fly out:

• Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning
• RSPCA
• Wildlife Victoria
• Frankston Council Mayor Cr Nathan Conroy
• Police
• Landlords of 433 Nepean Highway Frankston- I have sent them emails, phone messages etc & waiting for replies.

In addition to the trapped & dead birds in the building, the building ceiling is full of Asbestos exposed at the Keys Street entrance.

So what exactly are these public servants & wildlife groups paid for if they cannot simply UNLOCK A DAM DOOR??
