This petition is for Governor Phil Murphy of the State of New Jersey to terminate the employment of DCPP caseworker Kaitlyn McGinn for falsifying information and aiding and conspiring with my abuser which resulted in the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department coming to the home where my son and I were safely staying and breached the door of the home of a reputable physician/Doctor who is 84 years old at approximately 11:00 pm on February 8th, 2024.  

I moved out of Monmouth County (Freehold) on January 11, 2024 and I am in another county, the abuser is in Union County so Monmouth County no longer has jurisdiction over this case nor does the office of DCPP in Monmouth County, 630 Bangs Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ  07712

Judge Thomas Comer held a custody hearing without me being present and I never received proper notification to appear in court, they have no proof of service because I was never notified to appear.  I was evicted out of my residence (January 12, 2024, so we left January 11, 2024) because my landlord and his attorney conspired  with the courts because they thought I was not going to have shelter.  I don’t have access to my old address and my cell phone was shut off for non-payment, as I have stated before my abuser stop paying my bills because I would not take him back.  Judge Thomas Comer reversed custody of my son to my abuser and suspended my parenting time without merit.  

On February 8, 2024 Hudson County Sheriffs department arrested me based off of the lie Kaitlyn McGinn told, they said I was obstructing which I wasn’t because Ms. Mc Ginn performed a home inspection via Zoom and she saw the food in the fridge and she saw the room my son was sleeping in.  I also told Ms. McGinn I needed a restraining order and she was aware of the abuse and she never mentioned the Address Confidentiality Program I was informed by someone else that she should have advised me of how to protect myself and my son.  Ms. McGinn then proceeded to inform the Monmouth County Court that I was not complying but she was informed I needed my location protected from my abuser.

While I was detained, Kaitlyn McGinn called me there around approximately 4:50ish and told more lies as she said my son was fine when I asked how he was doing, but when I was released I found out my son called my 84 year old Godmother 3 missed calls at 1:17 pm, my son reached her at 3:23 pm and was crying saying he wanted to come home.  My son also called one of my best friends  and she advised his alleged dad got on the phone and started defending himself from “my” Facebook posts because he stalks my page everyday.

Kaitlyn McGinn needs to be terminated immediately for this egregious behavior, she aided with my abuser, and twisted truth with lies. I am of sound mind and I am background checked and fingerprinted.  I am living with a doctor and I have no mental health issues.

THIS CASE NEEDS TO BE MOVED TO THE PROPER COUNTY
