FIND THE MISSING DC GIRLS AND BOYS

The Issue

There's been an increase of missing Black and Hispanic girls and boys in the DC area. These girls and boys range from ages 12 - 19 years old and are mostly from the NE, SE and SW neighborhoods. There has been no massive media coverage or Amber Alerts issued. It's been reported that there are over 14 girls missing and the people of DC are having to take matters into their own hands. Through this petition we hope to bring attention and justice to the way this problem has been handled so far. Claiming these missing girls and boys are all runaways is completely dismissive and wrong. They are claiming that there is no evidence of human trafficking but we want all possible leads and outcomes to be looked into. Bringing attention to this crisis is necessary but more importantly we want these children back home and we want the residents of DC to feel safe in their homes, neighborhoods and schools.

Please sign this petition and let's put pressure on the Police, The Mayor, politicians, organizations, DC government and the United States Government to acknowledge this problem and to DO SOMETHING!
