For too long, parents — especially mothers and children — have been silenced by a system that claims to protect them, but too often fails them.

I’m speaking up to expose what so many are afraid to say out loud: there is a pattern of legal overreach, racial bias, and misconduct in the UK family court system.

Behind closed doors, families are being torn apart without proper scrutiny. Sealed evidence, private hearings, and pressure to comply with unjust processes have left parents voiceless, and children without protection.

Why are some families forced into contact arrangements that traumatize children?
Why are some professionals allowed to act unchecked, even when concerns are raised about their conduct?
Why is it so hard to hold the system accountable — especially when the families affected are already vulnerable?

This petition is not about one case. It’s about many. It’s about demanding transparency, oversight, and reform for every parent who has been threatened into silence and every child who deserves better.

If it can happen behind closed doors to one of us, it can happen to any of us.
