The Issue
May 2020: 391 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02145 found a bed bug infestation. Davidson Management did not alert any tenants, and did not inspect other surrounding units.
August 2020: 391 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02145 still has bed bugs, even after the heat treatment to the infested unit.
Tenants are withholding rent, until the entire building is fumigated and/or heat treated. When the entire building is bed bug free for 3 consecutive weeks, rent will be paid.
