Can you imagine this dogs sheer terror and suffering, being dragged to it's death! September 4th, 2020: Laurance Brandon Boyles was arrested after the Davidson County Sheriff's Office, received a call about someone dragging a dog behind a vehicle in the 1000 Block of Hill Rd. in Lexington, NC. Deputies were able to find the deceased dog (Roxy) in the 700 block of Hill Rd. Boyles was charged with Felony Cruelty to Animals and is currently in the Davidson co. jail. First court appearance 9/21/20. Update: Next court appearance 11/2/20.  

 We cannot tolerate such evil, vicious behavior in our society. This petition is to implore the DA's Office and presiding Judge, to punish Laurance Brandon Boyles to the fullest extent of the law and never allow him to own or care for animals again! This is a heinous crime against a defenseless, voiceless, innocent animal and justice must be served.
