SVA Partial refund tuition and department fee

SVA Partial refund tuition and department fee
The Issue
Because of the spread of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in New York City, SVA has taken the following protective ways to prevent COVID-19 spreading on campus: "All undergraduate and graduate classes are holding online through SVA's learning management system, Canvas, and the teleconferencing resource, Zoom." However, "Access to campus facilities is limited during this period." "public spaces including both library locations, all galleries, and the Student Center will be closed." "Departments will remain open with appropriate staffing levels necessary to grant access only to students as necessary for thesis work."
We can understand that the school is doing this to protect students, we are thankful the school for everything did for us, especially for our international student groups. SVA is a community without racism, we standing together. However, all the teaching goals of SVA cannot be achieved only through online teaching. The tools for students to complete their homework largely depend on school facilities and workshops that are not available at home. These are facilities and machines that we have paid thousands of dollars to access to further our education. Faculty and staff have been working tirelessly to find other ways to teach their courses, but many classes cannot be replaced entirely by online teaching. Moreover, online education has also affected the effectiveness of critique.
The following is a list of some (not all) facilities and equipment that students will no longer have access to once campus closes:
