Our petition will initiate immediate injustice change for incarcerated individuals. Our change starts with the influential leaders of our community whom influence laws, understand, and support communication transparency, health precautions and emergencies while tending to inmates.

Fulton County Jail lacks all of what jail organizations and institutions stand for to support inmates, specifically at 901 Rice Street Fulton County, Georgia. Inmates have been receiving a lack of appropriate health precaution far before and during Covid-19 pandemic, such as temperature checks, social distancing, etc. to improper food scheduling, staying inside jail cells for more than 36 hours at a time (illegal holding) breach of constitutional right,, inhumane living conditions and false imprisonment due to outdated systems and over holdings. From lives lost due to improper medical care to everything stated in this petition we understand and encourage the community

Make Rice Street Right organization supports and initiates effective change.
