The citizens of Leeds, Alabama for far too long have been ignored when it comes to decisions made by its Board of Education. We realize that, as citizens, we have no recourse when decisions are made that we disagree with. We, therefore, request that the Mayor and City Council of Leeds, Alabama, immediately grant its citizens the ability to elect Leeds City School board members.
