Keep triple baby killer Simon Smith in a secure prison

0 have signed. Let’s get to 5,000!

In 1996 Lord Justice Mackinnon sentenced Simon Smith to three life sentences for the murder of my 3 month old daughter Lauren, and the murders of his two other babies, Eleisha and Jamie. The Judge recommended that, due to the severity of his crimes, Simon Smith should never be released from prison.

Two years ago a parole board hearing rejected Smith’s application to be moved to an open prison as he was considered to be too great a risk to myself, my family and the general public.

Last week I was informed that a recent parole board hearing has recommended that Simon Smith is now deemed suitable for a move to open prison conditions. This is the final step before his release on license.

The Ministry of Justice has the power to overturn the parole board’s recommendation and keep Simon Smith in a secure prison environment. I implore you to support me in my fight to keep Simon Smith behind bars for the rest of his natural life.
