I am a huge animal lover and cat owner to 8 cats. I have heard of a tragic story that's happening more and more which is the death of cats by poisoning with anti-freeze - There have been 5 cats on the same street in the north west that have had to be put to sleep due to poisoning on the same day. This has been done on purpose and is severely cruel. People are deliberately killing cats by poisoning them by lacing treats with anti-freeze. Ingesting the smallest amount can be fatal to cats by causing kidney failure and then death. What I'm asking is for there to be Denatonium added to anti-freeze - this is a bitter tasting chemical which will deter cats and other animals from eating anything with anti freeze on or stop them from even drinking from a puddle which could of had anti-freeze spilt in by mistake. This will save the lives of cats and stop the heartbreak of loosing a pet. Please sign this petition.
