Dima Al-Wawi, the youngest Palestinian prisoner jailed in Israel was finally freed yesterday following an international outcry. Pictures were released of her reuniting with her parents. The images caused mass heartache and disturbance as her expression spoke a thousand words. Clearly traumatised, we have no knowledge of what sort of torture she was subjected to. Let's request our Government to do the right thing and bring her here where she can receive the best psychological and medical attention before continuing a normal life, if possible. The images are too painful to see, no child should go through this. We urgently request Mr Cameron to get the Al-Wawi and her family here so as to help this child rebuild her life again.
