Lids is a very calm and layed back work environment. While selling sportswear I believe employees  should be able to wear sweats/track pants that are along company colors or neutral colors. Customers do not care if the employees are wearing khakis or jeans compared to sweats/track pants. The use of name tags and being helpful is how they identify works for the company.
