Because unlike Paul McCartney, Kurt Cobain was a huge Dinosaur Jr. fan. J Mascis not being on that stage during the induction was a travesty. I say the surviving members of the band hit the road with J Mascis fronting the band playing a greatest hits catalog much like the set list from the St. Vitus secret gig after the R&R Hall of Fame inductuon ceramony. Who wouldn't want to see that show? 

And to top it off in a Cobain-esque way, bring the Meat Puppets out on the road as the opening act.
