Alison Perez has overall made this and last year the worst years of spanish in my life. We learn little to nothing about Spanish at all and instead to activities such as mindfulness walks. We have not taken a single assessment this year yet we have done chair yoga almost every other week. She also has no regard for her students in the sense that even though her activities are useless and contribute nothing to the overall goal of learning spanish, she will not accept the reality that the students will continue to talk in class to remedy the boring learning environment that we are supposed to prosper in. The overarching effect this class has had on me is just an additional weight to my already busy schedule in which I could spend my time doing work for other important classes, however, i am stuck making mindfulness buckets.
