After having to endure 12 years of bullying through the legal system CEHL has forcibly evicted our elderly neighbour from her home and community of 29 years.

All rents have been paid. 

It was not enough to have police attend along with CEHL staff but the violence of having security guards with guns at the ready to ensure Louise will be on the streets tonight.

Legal Representation for CEHL told the judge "it's not about the money". 

When did Social Housing groups with funding from the Government become about vindictively evicting the elderly and vulnerable with disabilities from home and community?
