Proven and repeated neglect of horses resulting in death on the farm of Linda Kilbourne, Dallas County, Iowa. A court case is pending and delayed by COVID - leaving the remaining horses in harms way. Court delays may last all summer with a projected court date is late August. A local rescue, able and willing to receive the horses, is ready and waiting for local authorities to allow them access.
