I am a mom not only to my child but my fiancé for the last 11 years and every time he has been wronged. She has DV was even engaged to a pedophile we had proof and what does the courts do still give her the child. Mind you dad has a clean record works hard every day and has rented the same home for over 20 year's. All he wants is to be able to see his kid and raise her. But the mom has made up lies saying the child has mental health issues and an eating disorder claims the daughter has been self-harming since the beginning of April and has magically stopped and is healed already in May. So I want to see how many dad's that are out there that has gone through something similar or is going through it now. I want to fight for these dad's that are wronged and change the system. this dad is an amazing dad to my child also we have a foster son that we are raising as our own. he may not be a perfect dad in everything he does but he tries every day to be the best dad and husband. I couldn't ask for a better person in my kid's lives but it doesn't matter how good he is or how hard he tries it's never good enough in the courts eye's and to make matters even worse they want him to be able to fork out thousands of dollar's that we don't have to pay for all the fees for a court evaluator that's 8 grand up front with no guarantee that he will even get any rights or be able to see his kid. he also has to pay for all the counseling on top of child support. So let me ask you this is he supposed to not be able to provide for the family he has in his home or have to worry if he can pay his bills on time or live paycheck to paycheck all because she wants to manipulate the courts so she can get more money. Don't get me wrong I work also but it would still be hard on our family and send us into major debt. the courts don't care about no one they just care about the money they don't look at the facts most of the time and their mediators are lazy just like them
