CLEVELAND, Ohio - A group of activists delivered a petition Thursday to the county prosecutor's office seeking charges against the police officers involved in the fatal shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice outside the Cudell Receration Center last November. Latonya Goldsby, Tamir's cousin, said the box contained 60,000 signatures, including 53,000 collected via a Change.org petition.
