As per the procedure in the CUUSS-TS Constitution, chapter 4, article 6 "Special and Emergency General Assemblies", we would like the President to call a Special General Assembly, to ask the Executive and Nego Committee to present to the members of CUUSS-TS :

A timeline of the negotiation process so far. 

An explanation of why the agreement in principle that was voted on in May 2024 was not signed by the university, highlighting the main points that the university omitted and the errors they made.

Does the Executive and Nego team consider the university to be bargaining in bad faith?

If the next meeting with the university does not result in a resolution, what options are available to us? 

Given that CUPEU will be going on strike next week, is there an option of a very short strike by ourselves at the same time?  To show the University we are serious about wanting a speedy conclusion to this new Collective Agreement.
