1 APRIL EACH YEAR (no joke)

NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY PURGE DAY

We need a special day for all people doing customer service delivery or any type of job where clients can be rude to you. I think we need a National Customer Service Purge day in South Africa, where we all can just be rude and speak to customers in any way we like (The way they speak to you as a customer service delivery worker) just to those that is rude to you at the moment on that day. . .

This will allow us to get that frustration out and pay back the rudeness to the customers. we need to make this a country wide initiative and get all companies to take this on and customers must know if you speak to them on this day they will get it....
