Solar panels should be considered and subject to the same review process as any other change made to homes and property in Eagle Creek Subdivision, but should not be banned based on the notion that they are aesthetically unpleasing, ie. antennas, clothes lines, etc. Solar panels are an environmentally responsible addition to any home or community and increases property value by reducing energy costs.
