In our community, we was blessed with sure an amazing gym. I mean seriously since the gym has been there it’s a home away from home. Crunch for us isn’t just a gym, it’s our home, we are a family. We as a family at Crunch Rochdale always strive to motivate people such as wellness health, working out can release a lot of stress but also having fun enjoying yourself. One thing we noticed that’s is missing from our gym is a Step Class. The community the gym is in is packed with residents from young to seniors who absolutely love Step and would love if Crunch Rochdale would offer a Step Class. Not only will the Step Class complete our Crunch Family but will empower, encourage, motivate more people to workout. We at Crunch Rochdale would truly benefit with a Step Class because we are not trying to broke up our family when there is 24hours fitness 2 miles away that offers DanceHit and Step Class.
