Provide the local residents with a cheap way to keep fit, get fresh air and enjoy a sociable sport.

I started this petition as I have grown frustrated with the fact that the Council have expressed no plans to even replace the net on the second court and the condition of the courts is very poor.  I love tennis and it would be such a joy to have somewhere to play so local.
