There is a huge problem with Webex services ever since their new update and I feel like it's a good choice to switch to zoom or something else. A lot of people can agree with me that they have at least crashed once every time they load in, not to mention that their cameras sometimes just don't work due to bandwidth issues or CPU issues that they can't even control and this leads to them getting marked absent or even disciplined. So I urge the staff at crooms to please do something about this so that we students get the best learning experience online.
