My name is a father's pain, a common echo in the lives of countless men who are being denied the right to play a meaningful role in their children's lives out of spite. This is not just my story—this is the reality for many fathers who have witnessed their bonds with their children be severed, leaving wounds that may never completely heal. The weapons used against us are paternity fraud and parental alienation. Children are torn away not because we are unfit or dangerous, but because mothers want to weaponize the children for personal spite.

Paternity fraud and parental alienation not only harm the targeted parent, but more importantly, they damage the children involved. Children who are alienated from one parent are at a higher risk of depression, anxiety, and potentially encounters with the criminal justice system later in life. Withholding the love and support of a committed parent from a child is tragic and inhumane.

We are demanding the enforcement of new laws that penalize the intentional misrepresentation of paternity and put a stop to parental alienation by fit fathers. Our plea is not merely for the fathers falsely implicated and barred away, it’s about the children - the innocent lives fractured by these cruel activities. Justice must prevail in family law. It's time to institute measures that ensure fair parental rights and legal accountability.
