My son passed away in January of this year due to possible overdose, which his girlfriend gave to him( unknowingly to him) she was making a video the whole time of  him dying/, he had serious medical problems as well.... in any event she knew to call 911, but waited an hour and  forty minutes to call,  and then she didn't , her friend called. I have audio clip as well as paramedic reports, the emergency people only know what u tell them as to what happened up until  they got there. Never once was possiblity fentynal mentioned, or to give him narcane. Those valuable minutes they( paramedics) had to take to access him cost him his life, where  if she or her guy friend had told them, it could  have saved his life by telling the truth!  I want justice done, there was negligence and malice if nothing else. I went to police and they said she or he didn't even have to call for help...and I still wouldn't be able to do anything about it!!! I have to  I won't rest until I do. The law enforcement officer I spoke with told me to check statutes, they change often. And in Hillsborough county, they came back and charged a girls boyfriend who gave her heroin, a year later ...trying to charge him with manslaughter. Please, please help me get this petition going??!! It won't bring my son back, but may save another mother's child. Or sister, brother, etc...he touched so many lives, he didn't deserve this...and she doesn't deserve to go  unpunished. I need lots of signatures. Please get this out there for me???!!?? Then maybe I can have some peace and my son can rest in peace!!!!!
