Douglas County Attorney, Don Kleine is an adjunct professor of law at the Creighton University School of Law. 

Don Kleine excused and protected local white supremacist, Jake Gardner, who showed up to a peaceful protest with a gun and shot to kill James Scurlock. Don Kleine should not be allowed to teach law. 

Don Kleine should not be allowed to teach law at a Jesuit institution that emphasizes educating men and women to act for and with others—actively pursuing justice for the marginalized. If Creighton University really wants to represent what our statement from President Father Hendrickson says and “do more,” we cannot allow Don Kleine to stay an educator at our institution.
