A Petition Urging The 19th Congress Of The Philippines For The Creation Of A New Barangay In The First Legislative District Of The City Of Cagayan De Oro To Be Known As Barangay Masterson.

This is based on Federation of Uptown Village  Homeowners Association Inc.(FUVHOAI) Resolution Number 001-2022 calling on Cagayan de Oro Congressman Lordan Suan to file in Congress the bill to create Barangay Masterson.

The FUVHOA is composed of sixteen (16) subdivisions/villages namely:
