I am Holly DuPart, Manny's daughter, and I want to put the Blue Room back to good use.  I pushed through a system that wasn’t built for me and won the license as the only Black woman majority owner. Then the state money vanished and momentum died.  GrowthWorks! is how we turn that hard-won chance into real jobs, businesses and revenue for Robbins.

What GrowthWorks WILL do:
💼 Create real jobs
📚 Train workers for better careers
🧑🏽‍🍳 Support small businesses with shared kitchens and business services
💰 Add 3% tax revenue to help Robbins grow

What GrowthWorks WILL NOT do:
🚫 Bring trouble or drain resources
🫧 Cause smells (No cannabis flower used in production)
🍺 Include bars (No alcohol sales on site)
🏪 Include a dispensary (no THC sales on site)
 
GrowthWorks! will make quality products in a professional space.
🛠️ Make products: Small-batch, clean manufacturing in kitchens.
🧑‍🏫 Teach & train: Hands on classes help learners build skills.
👩🏽‍🍳 Shared kitchens: Local producers use our resources to save money.
📦 Ship out: Finished goods are packaged and sent to Dispensaries.        🧼 Clean & secure: Daily cleaning, filtered air, and on-site security.           🧪 Energy conscious: Incorporating waste reduction and solar plans.
