Create International Trust Day on September 21st

Create International Trust Day on September 21st
The Issue
The Foundation for World Harmony, supported by over 17,000 Goodwill Volunteer Ambassadors of Kindness in 151 countries, is urging the United Nations to establish September 21st as International Trust Day. Our global community follows three profound commitments: to be kind to yourself, to be kind to all others, and to be kind to our Mother Earth. We believe these commitments can address and potentially solve humanity's greatest challenges. Trust is the backbone of kindness and harmony, and it's time we recognize its paramount importance.
Trust is essential for establishing strong relationships, fostering positive communities, and creating a peaceful world. As it stands, trust is often overlooked in daily life and in global initiatives. International Trust Day would serve as a focal point to emphasize trust in all aspects of life, from personal relationships to international diplomacy. It will provide a platform for education, advocacy, and awareness, helping individuals and communities build stronger, more trusting connections.
Despite numerous observances for less impactful causes, trust remains without its own day. Highlighting trust aligns with reinforcing the message of peace celebrated on International Day of Peace, September 21st. Establishing International Trust Day on this date will amplify our collective call for a more understanding and united world.
We call upon individuals, communities, and global leaders to support this initiative and help foster a culture of trust that encompasses all aspects of life. By having a dedicated day, we can spark conversations, inspire change, and encourage everyone to commit to building trust every day.
Join us in making September 21st International Trust Day a reality. Please sign this petition to support our cause and bring trust to the forefront of global consciousness.
