Create and Release the Remaining Music Covers for the "American Legacy" Franchise

The Issue

We respectfully request Disney's official response and confirmation about our previous petition supporting for creating and distributing new initiatives and implementing specific changes within the "American Legacy" franchise titled "We Demand and Need the "American Legacy" Franchise and All Related Content!". We truly appreciate the recognition and response we received to our previous petition.

Due to time limits that prevent us from collecting more signatures for our petition, we decide to secure immediate and permanent validation for the greater good without ignoring or facing refusal. To ensure accordance with Change.org's guidelines and terms, we have carefully reviewed them and made necessary changes. Initially, our petition was kept private and was not publicly listed on Change.org. We did not collect signatures publicly. However, we believe that these guidelines and terms do not harm our goal to bring the concerns and proposed content changes to Disney's attention.

This petition title, "Remaining Music Covers," relates to the proposed initiatives and associated bonuses designed to strengthen our single petition's power; these bonuses are not spam or unsolicited.

Our petition was carefully designed to be clear, meaningful, and powerful, ensuring that it accurately carries our concerns and effectively fills with the community developing positive change that prioritizes safety and secures the important support and recognition we urgently need.

We are promoting the realization and continued existence of Disney's proposed music covers for the "American Legacy" franchise. A petition has been launched to strengthen these efforts permanently. These songs perfectly matches Disney's mission of spreading joy and happiness.
We must recognize the importance of these projects and stop underestimating or criticizing their worth. Our petition must keep its validity and effectiveness to avoid unnecessary interference and panic between Disney fans. Taking immediate action is important to honor our petition, demonstrate respect, and ensure the well-being and peace of mind of all parties.
We urge Disney to approve our petition immediately to protect its reputation, secure ongoing success, and keep fan support. Delays, criticisms, neglect, or disrespect will only invalidate our efforts and perpetuate uncertainty.
Let's join in our agreement to see these projects through and eliminate any unwarranted criticism or premature announcements that may appear, leading to a strong, powerful petition that dispels misinformation and establishes clear expectations.

Unfortunately, if Disney still continues to invalidate or discredit our petition by failing to take action, or worse, by staying passive (due to unrecognized new words in our petition's description creating confusion for Disney), it will ultimately be ineffective and backfired, leading to serious, unwarranted interference within the Disney community and losing fan support. Let us join to stop this ongoing, disrespectful/dismissive behavior and protect Disney's reputation and fan community forever. Furthermore, we implore Disney to learn themselves with the unclear words by using dictionaries or a simple Google Search to improve their education and enhance their vocabulary for good.

We strongly believe that the proposed music covers for the "American Legacy" franchise are appropriate and necessary. Let's show the important need for Disney's all-new music covers within the "American Legacy" franchise, with important initiatives and changes. We aim to gather important support for our petition!
We respectfully call upon Disney to recognize our petition, lawfully implement the necessary steps, and securely confirm these important changes for the betterment and welfare of all. We have worries about potential harmful effects that could cause trauma and embarrassment.
We urge immediate and effective action without delays, cancellations, or uncertainties. Disney must prioritize responsibility and ensure lasting peace of mind for all involved.

--

We respectfully urge Disney to listen to our official and legal; request, rejecting any attempts to ignore, dismiss, or reject it. We can no longer accept these ongoing behaviors that invalidate our petition and make it ineffective, running the risk of causing serious trauma and embarrassment for us and all Disney fans, triggering feelings of sadness, anxiety, and alarm.
These unethical and illegal actions must be stopped immediately and permanently. They threaten the strong justification of our petition, endangering its validity, reputation, and effectiveness. The harmful, traumatic, and embarrassing nature of these actions directly damages the signatories and the entire Disney community, ultimately rendering our petition ineffective.
Furthermore, these unlawful activities openly ignore proper process, violate our fundamental rights, and break international law. We demand immediate action to prevent these harmful and traumatic actions from happening. This serious concern requires our urgent attention and effective action to eliminate it forever.
We implore all parties to recognize the seriousness of our petition and collaborate with us to find a solution that honors the voices and concerns of everyone, creating a positive and stronger experience for all Disney enthusiasts: our survival and the achievement of our goal links to the success of this mission.
Due to their previous desire to consider similar petition through their public submission process, we expect a positive and constructive response to our petition, which is important for the success and well-being of our cause.

NOTE: All suggested actions are each clearly requested, directly related to our petition, and completely without unrelated material; they have clear, solicited demands perfectly agreed with our petition's goals.

We propose creating "Heroic Legacy" by recreating the "Atemlos (Helene Fischer) - Cover von Schlagerburschi Tyros" YouTube video's music. Keeping the original tempo and instrumentation, we'll add strings, horns, trombones, tubas, woodwinds, warm pad chords, and a Ska-style treble clef acoustic bass with picked fills. This track will be permanently available in a physical and digital "American Legacy" album.

NOTE: This YouTube video is from the "schlagerburschi" channel, properly credited here. We did not create or upload it, and we respect all copyright.

Furthermore, we invite Sara Malakul Lane to voice Wanda Hathaway to sing this enchanting song. Lastly, we propose a full instrumental version (without all vocals and vocal-following instruments) and a vocal track for this song to be released as part of a physical and digital "American Legacy" album.

This cover song belongs to the "American Legacy" franchise as its permanent home. By remaking this cover song, we wish for it to become an official Disney track within Disney Music.

We propose remaking "Belle" (in Db major) and its reprise (in the same key signature) from Disney's 1991 "Beauty and the Beast," keeping original tempos and instrumentation, featuring a remix including piano, harp, warm pad chords, drumset, percussion, distortion guitar, and a soft sine wave for "Belle," and piano, harp, and warm pad chords for its reprise.

Sara Malakul Lane as Wanda Hathaway will be the lead vocalist, joined by Brenda Newcombe (voiced by Phillipa Soo), Trinity Noceda (voiced by Abbi Jacobson), Jacob Earnheart (voiced by Lin-Manuel Miranda), Zack Dolence (voiced by Martin Freeman), Nathan Davenport, Tabitha Gardner, Bellamy Jackman, and Luke Haenga as other Disney characters. We propose remaking accurately transcribed covers of the following songs from "Disney Princess Enchanted Tales: Follow Your Dreams":

  • "Keys to the Kingdom" in E major (same key signature) and then to F# major - keeping the same tempo and instruments as the original, remixed with warm pad chords, drumset, percussion, a soft sine wave, and Ska-style treble clef acoustic bass chords (with picked fills) playing differently.
  • "Keys to the Kingdom (Reprise)" in F# major - keeping the same tempo and instruments as the original, remixed with warm pad chords, drumset, percussion, a soft sine wave, and Ska-style treble clef acoustic bass chords (with picked fills) playing differently.
  • "I've Got My Eyes On You" in F minor - keeping the same tempo and instruments as the original, remixed with warm pad chords and a soft sine wave playing differently.

Moreover, we invite Sara Malakul Lane to voice Wanda Hathaway and sing these songs, with the Disney characters Brenda Newcombe (voiced by Phillipa Soo), Trinity Noceda (voiced by Abbi Jacobson), Jacob Earnheart (voiced by Lin-Manuel Miranda), Zack Dolence (voiced by Martin Freeman), Nathan Davenport, Tabitha Gardner, Bellamy Jackman, and Luke Haenga as the chorus in "Keys to the Kingdom" and "Keys to the Kingdom (Reprise)."

Finally, we propose featuring these songs in the highly anticipated show "American Legacy."

--

We propose remaking and accurately transcribing the following songs with the same tempos and instruments, all with new intros and complete, non-fading endings:

Additionally, we suggest using a piano, strings (with its chords and notes), horns, trombones, trumpets, oboe, flute, woodwinds, and warm pad chords to remix these songs. We also propose using Ska-style treble clef acoustic bass chords (with picked fills) to remix eleven songs, except for "Little Brothers." Furthermore, we propose changing the G# chords to G#7 chords for the "Busted" remake.

Moreover, we recommend a tempo of 120 BPM and a key of Eb major for the "Let It Snow" remake, which is the rightful speed than the original one. In our proposed remake of "Reach Up & Catch the Stars!", shouted and spoken dialogue will be replaced with lyrical singing.

Furthermore, we invite Sara Malakul Lane to voice Wanda Hathaway and sing these songs. Additionally, we propose including full instrumental version of all songs (without all vocals and vocal-following instruments), along with vocal versions in a physical and digital "American Legacy" album. Finally, we propose featuring these songs in the highly anticipated show "American Legacy."

Rather than waiting for November or December, we suggest crafting "Let It Snow" immediately and then releasing it during the holiday season.

--

We propose remaking and accurately transcribing the following songs from the 1994 "Thumbelina" Original Movie Soundtrack, keeping the same tempos and instruments as the originals:

We propose adding warm pad chords and additional instruments to remix these songs. Additionally, we recommend adding Ska-style treble clef jazz guitar and piano chords to remix "Thumbelina," not include trumpets in "Soon" and "Let Me Be Your Wings ('Sun' Reprise)," and using the distortion guitar to remix "Thumbelina," "Follow Your Heart," and "Marry the Mole."

We invite Sara Malakul Lane to voice Wanda Hathaway to sing these songs. We also invite Sara Malakul Lane to voice Wanda Hathaway, with the Disney characters Brenda Newcombe (voiced by Phillipa Soo), Trinity Noceda (voiced by Abbi Jacobson), Jacob Earnheart (voiced by Lin-Manuel Miranda), Zack Dolence (voiced by Martin Freeman), Nathan Davenport, Tabitha Gardner, Bellamy Jackman, and Luke Haenga to sing the songs "Thumbelina," "Follow Your Heart," "Let Me Be Your Wings," "On the Road," "Marry the Mole," and "Finale: Let Me Be Your Wings/Follow Your Heart."

Specifically, we kindly invite Sara Malakul Lane to voice Wanda Hathaway to sing "Soon" and "Let Me Be Your Wings ("Sun" Reprise)" alone. Lastly, Sara Malakul Lane as Wanda Hathaway would sing "That's me!" proudly from Eb5 to Ab5 during the "Thumbelina" song, without any giggling once the music ends.

We propose no talking and sound effects in these songs. Additionally, we suggest releasing full instrumental versions of all these songs without all vocals and vocal-following instruments while offering both vocal and instrumental tracks in a physical and digital "American Legacy" album.

--

We propose a re-recording and accurate transcription of "As Long As There's Christmas" from "Beauty and the Beast II: The Enchanted Christmas," shifting the key from E major to Db major to Eb major, with the reprise in the same key, alongside "A Cut Above the Rest" in Eb major, all in the same tempos and instruments.

Additionally, we suggest using a piano, harp, warm pad chords, drumset, percussion, and a soft sine wave to remix "As Long As There's Christmas" and "A Cut Above the Rest." For the reprise of "As Long As There's Christmas," we propose using a piano, harp, and warm pad chords to remix the song while replacing a violin with strings, following the violin's notes.

Sara Malakul Lane is suggested to voice Wanda Hathaway (lead vocals), supported by the other Disney characters Brenda Newcombe (voiced by Phillipa Soo), Trinity Noceda (voiced by Abbi Jacobson), Jacob Earnheart (voiced by Lin-Manuel Miranda), Zack Dolence (voiced by Martin Freeman), Nathan Davenport, Tabitha Gardner, Bellamy Jackman, and Luke Haenga on all songs.

Furthermore, we propose full instrumental versions of all songs, without all vocals and accompanying instruments, alongside vocal versions, for inclusion in a physical and digital "American Legacy" album.

Instead of a November/December release, we suggest immediate production and inclusion in an album update. Finally, we propose featuring these songs in the Christmas episode within the "American Legacy" show.

--

For the proposed songs, our suggestion involves matching the Ska style movement with the arranged notes and pitch to play with the treble clef acoustic and picked bass and electric piano chords depicted in the image (a screenshot, not a musical notation sheet) provided:

We propose remaking and accurately transcribing "Wanda Hathaway's Theme" in the same key signature from the "Avenue Flo: Special Delivery" theme on the title game menu, alongside "A Wonderful Entertainer" in Db major, "An Experienced Director" in Db major, and "Around the Neighborhood" in Db major from the same video on YouTube titled "Avenue Flo: Special Delivery - Music Selection | Amphibia Cultural Legacy | Music Video," all in the key of Db major.

These instrumental cover songs, beautifully remixed with strings, string chords, horn, trombone, trumpet, tuba, oboe, and flute in an orchestra playing differently, will be released in a physical and digital album. We also propose a perfect intro and outro for these songs without fade-outs or cuts. They will become enchanting Disney songs that perfectly fit into the "American Legacy" franchise, overpowering the original compositions in popularity.

The songs will be marked at specific timestamps in the album, starting with the Main Theme at 0:00, followed by "A Wonderful Entertainer" at 1:00, "An Experienced Director" at 3:03, and "Around the Neighborhood" at 5:03, as showcased in the "Avenue Flo: Special Delivery - Music Selection | Amphibia Cultural Legacy | Music Video" video.

NOTE: This YouTube video is from the "Adriana Pendleton" channel, properly credited here. We did not create or upload it, and we respect all copyright.

--

We propose composing a newly-titled track called "An Entertaining Performance" in Db major. This track will be a remake and accurate transcription of the music showing Brother Bear and Sister Bear dancing in the middle of the main menu from the "Berenstain Bears: Get in a Fight" Living Books software game. The music can be found in the timestamp of 0:58-1:52 in the YouTube video provided.

For this instrumental cover, we propose keeping the same tempo and containing remastered instruments, including strings (with chords, notes, and pizzicato), horn, trombone, tuba, harp, oboe, and flute. These instruments will play differently while keeping the original electric piano chords in a Ska style for this remix.

We also propose that this instrumental cover song permanently belong in the "American Legacy" franchise and its physical and digital album. Furthermore, we suggest this instrumental cover song becomes a Disney song and be part of the Disney Music collection.

NOTE: This YouTube video is from the "LY203 Productions (Les Productions LY203)" channel, properly credited here. We did not create or upload it, and we respect all copyright.

  • Avoid copyright infringement and follow copyright laws after Disney have remade and accurately transcribed all these cover songs.
  • Match the notes and pitch sourced from the YouTube videos.

We invite Sara Malakul Lane to voice Wanda Hathaway, with her backing vocals, to sing this song. Sara Malakul Lane is invited to voice Wanda Hathaway to sing both songs and provide backing vocals for these songs.

Instrumentation will include a piano, harp, warm pad chords, drumset, percussion, distortion guitar, and a soft sine wave in "For a Moment."
Furthermore, instrumentation will include a piano, harp, horn, and warm pad chords in "A Very Important Thing to Do."

The remixes will add a piano, harp, warm pad chords, drumset, percussion, distortion guitar, a soft sine wave, and Ska-style treble clef acoustic bass chords (with picked fills).

Furthermore, both full instrumental versions (without all vocals and vocal-following instruments) and both vocal versions will be included, permanently featured – without discontinuation or removal – on a physical and digital release of the "American Legacy" album. Finally, we propose their inclusion in the upcoming "American Legacy" show.

--

We propose remaking and accurately transcribing "The Magic of Love" from "The Swan Princess II: Escape From Castle Mountain" in Db major, with the key signatures remain unchanged. We also propose the same tempo and instruments, with a remix featuring a horn and a trombone playing differently, including only a tuba for a fill-in.

Official news releases will support a Wikipedia article for both songs and its album.

--

Sara Malakul Lane as Wanda Hathaway will also sing the reprise solo.

The project will include full instrumental versions of both songs (without all vocals and vocal-following instruments), with the vocal versions, for a physical and digital "American Legacy" album, and feature the songs in the upcoming "American Legacy" show.

Additionally, we propose including full instrumental versions of these covers (without all vocals, choruses, and vocal-following instruments), along with vocal and chorus-only versions in a physical and digital and "American Legacy" album.

We propose the listed actions:

  • Add new instruments to the remakes of these songs could create interesting textures and dynamics, resulting in exciting and different melodies, rhythms, and harmonies.
  • Any additional instruments not begin playing until after the first verse, creating an interesting build-up.
  • Use the string chords as a fill-in for these cover songs with the other instruments playing.
  • Avoid copyright infringement and follow copyright laws after Disney have remade and accurately transcribed all these cover songs.
  • Match the notes and pitch sourced from the YouTube videos.
  • Include backing vocals in some songs for a flawless transition after the first verse.
