Create and Release a New Disney Franchise Collection - "Amphibia: Definitive Edition"

The Issue

We respectfully request that Disney officially recognize and approve our petition supporting "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content." While we appreciate the initial response received on our previous petition, we have carefully reviewed Change.org's guidelines and terms, and we ensured accordance. Our petition was initially kept private and inaccessible to the public as we followed these guidelines and terms. We implore Disney to immediately recognize our concerns and release the proposed content changes, which we firmly believe will enhance the Disney experience for loyal enthusiasts. We eagerly anticipate Disney's recognition and enthusiastic collaboration in our shared following of delivering exceptional entertainment and creating unforgettable Disney memories.

We cannot gather additional signatures for our petition due to the time is limited. Instead, we are focusing on obtaining immediate and permanent validation to continue moving forward without neglecting any support. We don't need to gather 7.5K signatures on our petition; all we are looking for is Disney's immediate confirmation.
This petition, titled with an urgent call to support our proposed initiatives and their accompanying performance-based bonuses, clearly requested and being the only petition addressing this issue, aims to strengthen our efforts.

To ensure our petition for bonuses and extras reaches Disney and is recognized as legitimate (legal/rightful/valid/authorized), we propose officially framing these requests as earned rewards. This combined approach smoothens communication, preventing the need for multiple petitions. By presenting a single, clear message instead of multiple petitions, we prevent the risk of being flagged as spam and ensure Disney clearly understands our request, improving our chances of a desirable response. While the full description is detailed, our petition focuses on required changes that justify its importance, protecting it from being flagged or removed.

We are supporting for the realization and permanent existence of Disney's franchise collection "Amphibia: Definitive Edition." A petition has been initiated to make this effort a permanent reality. This project perfectly matches Disney's mission to spread joy and happiness.
We must recognize the importance of this project and not belittle or criticize its worth. Our petition's validity and effectiveness must be kept at all costs. Any inaction or passivity could lead to unnecessary interference and panic between Disney fans.
We must take immediate action to honor our petition, demonstrate respect, and ensure the well-being of all involved. We demand real and sincere actions, not empty promises. Failure to act immediately could endanger our petition's trustworthiness and effectiveness, resulting in negative consequences that cannot be ignored.
Disney must quickly approve our petition to protect its reputation, secure continuous success, and keep steady fan support. Let us stand together in our agreement to bring these projects to life and reject any harmful criticism or premature announcements that invalidate our cause.

We are seriously worried that if Disney still chooses to invalidate or discredit our petition and leaves this issue unattended, especially based on unclear words in its description, it could harm our efforts, generate unwanted interference within the Disney community, and disappoint loyal fans. This ignorance risks rendering our petition permanently ineffective/invalid, and an ineffective/invalid petition ultimately causes harm to everyone involved, which we cannot let this happen anymore. We believe it's important to break this current disrespectful/dismissive pattern of ignorance. We urge Disney to seek clarification on any points of confusion and to engage with our petition's message constructively, which will ultimately protect Disney's reputation and develop stronger fan relationships. We demand an effective petition, not an ineffective one. Please note that "Definitive" means being the ultimate, complete, or most authoritative example.

Let's present the urgent need for Disney's latest release, "Amphibia: Definitive Edition," by gaining strong support for our petition! We respectfully implore Disney to listen to our call and release the franchise collection securely and permanently for the huge advantage and public good without any unjustified delays, uncertainties, dismissals, or rumors.
We have serious worries about the potentially harmful consequences that could cause strong trauma and embarrassment to us. Still allowing such negative outcomes has become unbearable, leading us to implore Disney to act responsibly in ensuring permanent well-being and peace of mind.

Following Disney TVA's release of two animated "Amphibia" posters on X, which reveal the creation of "Amphibia" (2019) in the first place and establish it as a special, famous Disney property, we propose creating "Amphibia: Definitive Edition." This project is a permanent, in-production, and unlimited legacy Disney franchise collection—unrelated to the 2019 Disney Channel show "Amphibia"—featuring pre-2019 (before 2019) 2D animated series and productions. The project is planned with Matt Groening as the creator, matching Matt Braly's role in the original "Amphibia."
This collection, named "Definitive Edition" to match its ultimate and complete nature, aims to keep and enhance these classic works—including series listed in our petition and films like "Cinderella," "Bambi," and "DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp"—through high-quality remasters and visual remakes, focusing on a huge preservation initiative.
The project will feature several media, including artwork illustrations and publications (including illustrated storybooks with complete storylines), ensuring accessibility and longevity across platforms. Additionally, shrieking and squealing would be completely absent and prohibited from the new franchise.

Concept:
"Amphibia: Definitive Edition" will have individual volumes featuring an introductory volume ("Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey," set in Cinderella's world only) and all episodes and television movies from the following animated series:

  • DuckTales 2017 - including the "Darkwing Duck" and "TaleSpin" reboot
  • Phineas and Ferb - including three "Phineas and Ferb" movies, "Milo Murphy's Law," and "Hamster and Gretel"
  • Big City Greens - including "Big City Greens the Movie: Spacecation"
  • Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure (Tangled: The Series)
  • Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil
  • Kim Possible
  • Big Hero 6: The Series
  • Star vs. the Forces of Evil
  • Gravity Falls
  • The Proud Family (with reboot-styled characters)
  • The 7D
  • Yin Yang Yo!
  • Wander Over Yonder
  • Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja
  • Tron: Uprising
  • American Dragon: Jake Long

Visual Enhancements:

  • Remastered Artwork: Each volume will feature remade and remastered artwork illustrations in 4K resolution and 2:20:1 Todd-AO ratio.
  • Angelic Enchantment Background Style: All backgrounds will be entirely recreated in the "Angelic Enchantment" background art style from the Disney Channel show "Amphibia" (2019), featuring premium-quality textures and lighting. These will include dandelion designs, a dark daytime blue sky from the flashbacks in "Reunion," "Marcy at the Gates," and "True Colors," along with blue glowing elements from Newtopia Castle in "The Beginning of the End." For "Amphibia: Definitive Edition," these glowing elements will be designed in different straight and rounded shapes.
  • Cinematic Exposure and Lighting: Backgrounds will be enhanced with proper, rich, cinematic exposures and lighting, and new color adjustments for location/area pieces.
  • Accurate Colors: Vintage colors and effects will be absent from all illustrations, backgrounds, characters, and elements in flashbacks and backstories, which will instead feature original, normal colors accurate with the present timeline. The color saturation for characters, backgrounds, and elements will also stay the same when the mythical stones glow after hitting the golf ball and starting the Mystical Golf Course.
  • Flashback Sequence Illustrations: All film scenes originally shown through a vintage movie projector will be remade as new flashback sequence illustrations in their original, normal colors, including new animation camera angles different from those used in the vintage projector scenes.
  • Characters: Original character designs and appearances will remain unchanged, matching the art style of the shows. Any amount of shocking dark red scar—styled to match the "Amphibia" series—may appear occasionally on characters.
  • Absences: Any un-postered creatures, insects, and characters will be entirely absent from all illustrations.
  • Background-Only Illustrations: Each volume will include complete sets of background-only illustrations (as duplications), without characters or objects.
  • Watermarked Illustrations: Each volume will include complete sets of watermarked illustrations and background-only versions (without characters or objects) as duplications, featuring an "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" logo at the left side and a "Disney Solitaire" logo at the right side.

Accurate Information Distribution:
We plan to announce this official update through authorized channels and at the DisneyD23 Expo. This accurate announcement will highlight that "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" represents a new standard for high-quality remasters of Disney's pre-2019 2D animated series and productions. This edition features remade visuals, adding the "Angelic Enchantment" background art style and enhanced cinematic exposure and lighting.
This official declaration will also highlight that Disney no longer supports the original versions of pre-2019 2D animated shows and productions. It encourages everyone to trust and accept the new franchise, which was created as the main focus and has become a special Disney property, much like "Amphibia."

For illustrative purposes, we've included a combined image featuring pictures (rights reserved to original owner from DeviantArt) to demonstrate the desired artistic appearance and watermarked illustration, plus an adjusted dark daytime blue sky exclusively for the first volume (DuckTales 2017). The final watermarked artwork will feature an "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" logo on the left, replacing the "Amphibia" logo present in the reference image within a combined image.

NOTE: We must clarify that four images within a combined image and their included assets displayed in this petition, specifically those featuring the "Amphibia" and "Disney Solitaire" logos, sourced from Google, are not owned by us. Their inclusion are used for "Fair Use" as defined by copyright law. We recognize that we do not have ownership of four images within a combined image used within this petition and are using them only according to the "Fair Use" guidelines.

Volume Organization:
The collection will be organized into individual physical and digital volumes, including the original titles in brackets:

  • Introductory Volume: Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Introductory Volume)
  • Volume 1: DuckTales 2017 (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1)
  • Volume 2: Phineas and Ferb (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 2)
  • Volume 3: Big City Greens (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 3)
  • Volume 4: Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 4)
  • Volume 5: Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 5)
  • Volume 6: Kim Possible (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 6)
  • Volume 7: Big Hero 6: The Series (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 7)
  • Volume 8: Star vs. the Forces of Evil (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 8)
  • Volume 9: Gravity Falls (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 9)
  • Volume 10: The Proud Family (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 10)
  • Volume 11: The 7D (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 11)
  • Volume 12: Yin Yang Yo! (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 12)
  • Volume 13: Wander Over Yonder (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 13)
  • Volume 14: Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 14)
  • Volume 15: Tron: Uprising (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 15)
  • Volume 16: American Dragon: Jake Long (Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 16)

The introductory volume will feature the following "American Legacy" franchise characters: Anne Chandra, Huey Miranda, Dewey Patel, Louie Wright, Fernando Cabrera/Gizmoduck, and Dawlyn Duck. Episodes within each volume may include additional changes and be titled differently. Designs of the characters in the shows will be kept in their original states. Any new released episodes and television movies in any specified show will be remade for permanent inclusion in each volume.
We also support for the official declaration of "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" and its remastered versions—including "DuckTales 2017," originally titled "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1"—as the original, permanent editions introduced on June 17, 2019 (joining with the original "Amphibia" release on Disney Channel) and beyond, not from earlier original years or other existing sources. The full name of the "S.H.U.S.H." headquarters—Strategic Headquarters for Undercover Surveillance and Harmony—will be officially revealed in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1" and the separate, original "DuckTales 2017" series. These declarations are based on accurate information announced through official channels and at the DisneyD23 Expo. Please note that "Undercover" means secret, "Surveillance" means "spying," and "Harmony" means agreement.

Content Focus:
The "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise will exclusively contain all American content, books (all formats), and artwork publications, featuring the Disney logo and released across all platforms. This collection focuses on prioritizing accessibility and preservation without games (mobile and video), comics, graphic novels, junior novels, and novels.
Furthermore, the franchise will include several main descriptive quotes like "Learn the good way, and live on forever," "Experience the Disney magic where life becomes an enchanted miracle," "Different lives, new stories," "That's where the magic happens...", and "Characters within different worlds are ready to encourage theirselves in their lives and rebuild their powers in a brand-new experience," alongside the "Tri-Ultimate Force" symbol (from the "American Legacy" franchise) and new individual emblems for each character (similar to the style of the "Mario" franchise). Lastly, this collection will feature the "Luminari" font and reuse the untitled font shown in the attached image, which has been used in "Amphibia" trailers, episode title cards, and different text overlays.

NOTE: We did not create this untitled font, which is the intellectual property of Disney, Matt Braly, and the creators of "Amphibia"; we disclaim any ownership of this pre-existing font and are agreed to respecting their rights and avoiding copyright infringement. Its inclusion is used for "Fair Use" as defined by copyright law. We recognize that we do not have ownership of this image used within this petition and are using it only according to the "Fair Use" guidelines.

Marketing and Engagement:

  • Official Website and Social Media: The creation of an official website ("amphibiadefinitiveedition.com") and verified social media accounts (including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok) is recommended. A golden verification badge on X, affiliated with Disney and "Amphibia" accounts, would enhance trustworthiness. These platforms will also include a permanent, non-removable "Amphibia: Definitive Edition Crew" Tumblr account and YouTube channel, modeled after the "Amphibia Crew." All associated platforms and accounts will remain active indefinitely, without removal or closure. The "Why Amphibia: Definitive Edition?" section will highlight the creation of the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise and its best performance. It features remastered content that overpowers original, previous Disney cartoon series released before 2019. The homepage will also include a comparison between "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" and these earlier shows, showing different ratings that highlight the franchise's main status, beginning with its perfect 100%/5-star rating.
  • Content Release: All content, including complete sets, illustrations, and other artworks, would be released on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" in their original, clear-detailed 4K resolutions and PNG formats for free personal-use downloads, ensuring permanent access without deletions or removals.
  • Official Trailer: A permanent, non-removable official trailer for "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" will be produced and uploaded to the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" and "Amphibia: Definitive Edition Crew" YouTube channels during the franchise's development time.
  • Promotional Approaches: Establish "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" as one of the greatest cartoon franchises of all time, with a strong future and no signs of closing down while positioning it as the world's best, award-winning cartoon franchise. To enhance visibility and engagement, launch the official Disney hashtags #AmphibiaDefinitiveEdition, #EveryoneBelievedInAmphibiaDefinitiveEdition, and #AmphibiaDefinitiveEditionCelebration to generate trending popularity across social media platforms and strengthen the franchise's presence. We also propose several free downloadable PNG, noise-free posters featuring all characters for each volume in original resolutions (standard, HD, 4K), available permanently and without deletions. Develop an initiative named "The Epic Drama" for the franchise.
  • Main Theme: The franchise's main theme, based on the referenced YouTube video, will be carefully remade and transcribed in Ab major, keeping the original tempo and instrumentation, composed by TJ Hill and Mark Mothersbaugh. This remix will include new horn, harp, and warm pad chords with different arrangements, alongside a newly crafted intro and outro that have no fade-outs. The track will be permanently available in both physical and digital formats as part of the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise album, ensuring it remains accessible without discontinuation or removal.

NOTE: The YouTube video and its associated music track are the exclusive property of their recognized original owners, not ours.

Supporting Publication:

  • "The Art of Amphibia: Definitive Edition": A companion book, available in physical and digital formats, will present the development process and behind-the-scenes look of the franchise collection. This publication, branded by Disney Books and TOKYOPOP, will be available through retail shops and the "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" online store, with an agreement to permanent availability. The front book cover will also feature the text "Foreword by Matt Groening" as a suggested high-profile confirmation.
  • Illustrated Storybooks: Several illustrated storybooks, available in hardcover, digital, and paperback formats, will feature illustrations in 2:20:1 Todd-AO ratio and 4K resolution, complete storylines, and the literacy (reading/writing) text in the ITC Galliard Bold font as seen in Disney Mouse Works Classic Storybooks. All storylines will have no "shriek," "squeal," "assault," and "insult" words.
  • Exclusive Storybook Formats: Only full storybook formats will be permitted, without easier or lower reading level versions.
  • Bonus Different-Themed Stories: The titles "Reunion," "True Colors" (used positively), "The New Normal," "Turning Point," "The Beginning of the End," "All In," "The Hardest Thing," "The Shut-In!", "The First Temple," and other reused "Amphibia" episode names (with character, Amphibian, location, and Thai-related words replaced) will each feature different stories and concepts across each volume, all of which are different and unrelated to the 2019 series "Amphibia."
  • Official Artworks: Several official "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" and "Amphibia: Definitive Edition/Disney Solitaire" artworks will be created and released in original 4K resolutions for each volume of the series. The "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" concept will be applied to existing artwork, requiring improvement in color accuracy, element correctness, and whole visual finalization. The finalized original 4K artworks will be available for free, permanent download for personal use, without removal or deletion, on the official website. Specifically, this includes:
    * Finalizing a proposed "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" logo by reusing the "Amphibia" logo, adjusting unfinalized colors, removing glowing effects from gemstones, using an "Angelic Enchantment" background style, replacing the logo with a special-styled "Definitive Edition" text overlay, and correcting the logo plate.
    * Creating the first "Amphibia: Definitive Edition/Disney Solitaire" artwork depicting Launchpad McQuack recommending "Disney Solitaire" as his favorite game to Cricket Green and Heinz Doofenshmirtz, accurate with our linked initiative petition: "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content."
    * Producing a "Woo-oo!" artwork for "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1," featuring the four main characters together and other three artworks, including duplications featuring "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" and "Disney Solitaire" logos, improving the existing concepts within four combined images.

Copyright Notice: The use of pre-existing "Amphibia" and "Disney Solitaire" logos and assets sourced from Google is recognized. These elements are included only for demonstrative purposes and defines according to the "Fair Use" license of copyright law. We do not claim ownership of these existing assets.

  • Two new illustrated chapter storybooks will be developed and released, following the same standards, design approaches, and specifications established by "Amphibia: Definitive Edition," as demonstrated in the accompanying informational image:

To support "Amphibia: Definitive Edition," we propose a brand-new remastering initiative for specified animated shows (plus "DuckTales Shorts," "Big City Greens Shorts," and "Gravity Falls Shorts") and other ones (made using animation softwares) as single-season series and television movies in 4K Ultra HD resolutions created by Matt Groening, the "Amphibia" (2019)/"Legendary Celebration" franchise creative team (including Andy Garner-Flexner, and without Matt Braly), and Disney Television Animation, beginning with "DuckTales 2017." This project will create premium editions, coming from the "Angelic Enchantment" background art design (matching the 2019 Disney Channel show "Amphibia"), which requires project duplications before proceeding. Additionally, we introduce concepts for five proposed spin-off series and other different-titled ones for all shows, using the "Angelic Enchantment" background art design and combined with the animation style of Netflix's "Disenchantment." Any new released episodes and television movies in any specified show will be remastered for inclusion in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition."

Key Features of the Remastered Shows and Television Movies:

  • Visual Enhancements: All backgrounds will be carefully recreated in the best "Angelic Enchantment" background art style and provide an accurate appearance across episodes and shows, while keeping the original color saturation. The "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" logo will be reused, featuring volume number title text overlays (e.g., Volume 1, Volume 2) positioned below the logo.
  • Cinematic Enhancement: We will apply new cinematic exposure, lighting, and color adjustments to all location and area pieces while removing vintage colors/effects, restoring original, normal colors (as seen in the present time), and including a dark daytime blue sky (plus an adjusted one in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1" only) in flashbacks/backstories.
  • Character Appearance: The appearance of all characters will remain unchanged, keeping the whole original designs.
  • Additional Improvements:
    * Years will also be revealed in all volumes, particularly those set in the present timeline.
    * All multi-part episodes will be joined into single, continuous episodes for each volume, just like "All In" and "The Hardest Thing" from "Amphibia."
    * All remastered shows and television movies will follow the same standards and guidelines established for Disney+ original series.
    * The exclamation mark (!) will be removed from selected "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1" episode titles, including "Friendship Hates Magic," "The Shadow War," and "Beaks in the Shell." Additionally, "The Beagle Birthday Breakout" will replace the original title of the episode for "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1." Animation errors and incorrect color adjustments will be corrected.
    * In "From the Confidential Casefiles of Agent 22," flashback scenes will be corrected by removing solid-colored flashing screen sequences during the explosion of Black Heron's laboratory. Additionally, all fire flames showing at the screen, along with their accompanying sound effects and the colored-shaded elements on Agent 22 and Agent McDuck, will be deleted as they watch and escape from Black Heron's lair. Furthermore, all film scenes originally shown through a vintage movie projector will be recreated as new flashback sequences in their original, normal colors, featuring new animation camera angles that are different from those used in the vintage projector scenes. Similarly, unmatched sound effects (such as glass shattering) will be removed from the beginning of the final flashback sequence. Finally, a short intro and a special end credit sequence (displaying a S.H.U.S.H. headquarter office background without characters) will be featured.
    * In "The Missing Links of Moorshire," the color saturation of characters, backgrounds, and elements will remain unchanged when the mythical stones begin glowing after hitting the golf ball and starting the Mystical Golf Course. Additionally, the orchestral remake of "Moorshire Anthem" (as detailed in our "Other 'Legendary Celebration' Franchise's Projects" petition) will be featured in the mentioned episode.
    * For "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 2" and selected remasters, all realistic elements will be removed and replaced with cartoon-style versions accurate with the original show's design.
    * Any amount of shocking dark red scar—styled to match the "Amphibia" series—may appear occasionally on characters. The red and black silhouette scenes, along with the animated swinging blade shape sequence—matching the "Amphibia" show—will also be included occasionally.
    * In "The Shadow War," several pizza boxes, cans, messes, and wall cracks will be deleted from inside the McDuck Manor.
    * Smoke alarm sound effects will be removed from all selected episodes in the volumes for legal and safety reasons, due to their potentially traumatizing nature. Additionally, subtitle text in brackets that reference words "shriek" or "squeal" (e.g., "(SHRIEKS)," "(SQUEALS)") will be replaced with appropriate words such as "(SCREAMS)," except those appearing in character dialogues.
  • New Original Music: Composed by TJ Hill and Mark Mothersbaugh—similar to the style of "Amphibia" (2019) with no horror/suspense themes and suspenseful violin sound effects associated with horror—a limited amount of original music will be flawlessly added into selected scenes. This new score will fully replace the existing compositions by the original artists, eliminating all horror violin suspense sound effects.
  • Song Remakes: Recreated by TJ Hill and Mark Mothersbaugh in a style similar to "Amphibia" (2019), these remakes include individual key signatures in Db major, Eb major, F# major, Ab major, B major, Bb minor, C minor, Eb minor, F minor, and G# minor. They feature orchestral arrangements and additional instruments. These remakes will fully replace the original versions by the original artists. The tempo for all remakes will not exceed 140 BPM. The song "Let It Snow" will also be remade in Eb major at 120 BPM with a swing style for the episode "A Phineas and Ferb Family Christmas" in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 2."
  • Redesigned Openings and Endings: Brand-new intros and outros, featuring different visuals, fonts, and special end credit sequences, will provide new introductions and conclusions to each episode. The opening and episode title cards, with the end credits, will be styled after those found in "Amphibia." Reused elements include the "Carlin Script Light" font for the end credits, an untitled font used for "Amphibia" episode title cards and trailers applied in episode title cards, trailers, and other text overlays (including an update in the "From the Confidential Casefiles of Agent 22" flashback's beginning where the "MANY YEARS LATER" text has been placed with this new font, replacing the older style and its accompanying sound effects), the "Amphibia" short intro music theme in short opening sequences, and an orange film strip video effect (sourced from "Season 3 Sneak Peek | Amphibia | Disney Channel Animation") used in trailers. Intro, outro, and credit sequences will feature multiple differences across different parts. For "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1," the end credits will include minor changes, especially displaying first character names, listing "Webby" (not "Webbigail"), and removing absences or non-speaking cameos of credited voice actors and characters. The end credits will credit "Matt Groening" as the only Executive Producer and the Creator in the opening titles—matching the approach used for Matt Braly in "Amphibia"—not the original show creators. Additionally, the end credits will feature different creative team member names, replacing those originally credited in the shows.
  • Audio Enhancement: Sound effects and dialogues will be enhanced with CGI environmental effects, and additional ambient sound effects matching Disney's 3D animation films.
  • Show Requirements: "The End" will be added to all final episodes within series finales, and "End of Part [Number]" will be used in final part episodes, matching the format from "Amphibia" (2019). Additionally, the final episodes of all remastered shows will be rightfully honored as "Favorite Show Finale Winners" by Disney, Cartoon Crave, and The Cartoon Crave Awards—much like "The Hardest Thing" from "Amphibia."
  • Part Organization: Part sections and multipart episodes (e.g., "Part 1," "Part 2") will be arranged in a "Season 1" category on Disney+.
  • End Credits and Logo: When the "Produced by Disney Television Animation" logo appears, the screen will fade to black quickly and then the "Disney Television Animation" logo will appear after the end credits conclude in episodes.
  • Part Section Intros in Post-Credit Scenes: The final part section in the last, previous part section episode will feature a post-credits scene of an intro in the last, previous part section episode.
  • Reused Trailer Music: The music track "Amphibia Season 1 Teaser" from TJ Hill's SoundCloud profile will be reused in the trailers for every show.

Spin-Off Series Concepts:
Five single-season 30-minute spin-off series in 4K Ultra HD resolutions featuring over 60 episodes are proposed, produced by the same creators and set in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1," as shown in the informative image:

Shared Elements (All Five Spin-Offs):

  • Requirements: Sound effects and dialogues will have CGI environmental effects, and additional ambient sound effects will be included matching Disney's 3D animation films. "Matt Groening" will also be credited as the Executive Producer in the end credits and the Creator in the opening titles. Each series will include single Halloween and Christmas episodes.
  • Story: The series will only focus on main stories and real-world events without side stories and dream sequences.
  • Accuracy: All characters' casual outfits will remain accurate across all episodes.
  • Content Guidelines: The series will be respectful and promote completeness, without shrieking and squealing.
  • Visual Presentation: The Disney logo would be displayed above each series logo. Final episodes would feature a "The End" tagline coming from "The Hardest Thing" episode within "Amphibia." Use "Amphibia" (2019) opening title card and end credits style. Reuse the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" logo, adding a "Volume [Number]" title text overlay positioned directly below, associating each with its respective spin-off logo and placing the resulting pairs side-by-side. Reuse the "Carlin Script Light" font for the end credits, an untitled font (used for the "Amphibia" episode title cards and trailers) in episode title cards, trailers, and other text overlays, and the "Amphibia" short intro music theme in short opening sequences. Feature different versions of intro, outro, and credit sequences.
  • Music: Compose a limited number of new musical scores by TJ Hill and Mark Mothersbaugh, similar to "Amphibia" (2019), but without any horror or suspense themes and having no suspenseful violin sound effects relating to horror.

Shared Elements (All Remastered Shows and Spin-Offs):

  • Instrumental Musical Themes: Compose an opening theme named "Magical Miracle" in F# minor (117 BPM, 4/4, similar to the "Welcome to Amphibia" instrumental theme, written and produced by Doug Petty) and a closing theme named "Epic Life" in A major (108 BPM, 4/4), accompanied with remixed versions, both produced by TJ Hill and Mark Mothersbaugh, which would be applied to each series.
  • Rating: A permanent MPAA G rating is requested for each series after trailer release, accurate with the rating of "Walt Disney Animation Studios: Short Circuit" on Disney+.
  • Music Soundtrack Availability: The complete music soundtrack albums (with all new original music scores and unedited tracks, alongside songs and their full instrumental versions without all vocals, choruses, and vocal-following instruments) will be available in physical and digital formats and for free streaming and download on "disneytelevisionanimation.com" and "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com," with a guarantee without discontinuations or removals. All albums and tracks will be granted a permanent, royalty-free license with no copyright restrictions, ensuring unlimited and permanent availability. Logo-free versions will also be available. Every character must receive individual representation and all show characters must be featured in official posters; none can be absent.
  • Animated Finale Posters: Introduce two extra official image and animated show finale posters based on the design of Disney TVA's "Amphibia" animated posters, "All In" and "The Hardest Thing" (in PNG, original, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions, without image noise) available for download on "disneytelevisionanimation.com" and "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com."
  • Color Adjustment for Episode Thumbnails: Special color contrast and saturation adjustments will be applied to new episode thumbnails across streaming platforms (Disney+, Apple TV, etc.), matching the approach used for the "Amphibia" episode thumbnails.
  • Additional Promotional Content: End credits videos (without all text) for each show will be permanently available on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" and the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" YouTube channel. The "Luminari" font will be featured in all official promotional artwork for each episode.
  • Illustrated Storybooks: Each episode will be accompanied by illustrated storybooks that present the full storylines, keeping the same standards, design approaches, and specifications made by "Amphibia: Definitive Edition." Storybooks (physical and digital, including ebooks) and illustrations will be permanently available. Complete book illustrations (without text) can be freely downloaded at "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" in PNG formats at original, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions without image noise.
  • Art Books: Individual, complete art books would be created and released for each series. These books would feature detailed character backgrounds, object designs, location studies, and exclusive development artwork, with "Foreword by Matt Groening" (as a suggested, high-profile confirmation) on the front book cover. All books would also be branded by Disney Books and TOKYOPOP, ensuring permanent availability in all formats (print and digital).
  • "Disney Magical Storybook Collection": Several "Disney Magical Storybook Collection" books will be created for each series, following established Disney storybook design elements. These books will feature full storylines while keeping the same standards, design approaches, and specifications established by "Amphibia: Definitive Edition." Both physical and digital formats, including ebooks, along with their illustrations, will be permanently accessible. All complete book illustrations (without text) will be available for free download on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" in PNG formats, offered in original, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions, all optimized to prevent image noise. Offer the collection as exclusive rewards for fans, with a goal of establishing a permanent product and achieving bestseller status, awards, and Wikipedia recognition for the books. This approach matches the whole design of the "Disney Magical Storybook Collection" books, as referenced in our petitions, "Amphibia Show's True Nature" and "Legendary Celebration Franchise," pending Disney's confirmation.
  • Distribution & Storybook Availability:
    * Permanent availability of all remastered shows and spin-offs on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com," Disney+ (as Disney+ originals), and "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" YouTube channel (with an agreement to permanent availability).
    * Permanent availability of all books (physical and digital, including ebooks) in stores.
  • Additional Requirements: Every character from the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise (similar to Anne Boonchuy from "Amphibia"), will have individual Wikipedia articles created as official information is released. Additionally, all episodes—including finales—of each remastered show, along with television movies and spin-off episodes will be documented in separate Wikipedia articles based on the release of official information.

We propose a specific subtitle style, feature set, and option package (as visually represented in the attached image) for addition into all remastered animated shows and spin-offs:

Important Note Supporting Image Rights: The image included in this proposal, obtained through Google, includes copyrighted Disney content. We understand and respect copyright law and believe its usage here for "Fair Use" purposes, only for visual reference. We do not claim any ownership of the depicted materials.

The "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise's release will be supported by the following initiatives:

  • Cross-Game Addition & Character Reclassification:
    * Grand Opening Event: A multi-game event across Disney titles like "Disney Solitaire," "Disney Magic Kingdoms," "Disney Emoji Blitz Game," and "Disney Dreamlight Valley" to celebrate the launch.
    * Reboot Character Additions: All characters from Disney reboot shows (pre-2019 animated series like "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder," "Darkwing Duck," "TaleSpin," etc.) will be permanently added into the franchise collection.
    * Standard Disney Character Status: All characters and their individual rebooted versions within "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" will be classified as standard Disney characters (credited to The Walt Disney Company), including Daphne Chandra, Marshall Cabrera, Armdane Miranda, and Barbara Turner. These copied versions—including those recognized as heroes, heroines, allies, and original American citizens, with permanent immunity to fear—originate from June 17, 2019 (joining with the original "Amphibia" release on Disney Channel) and beyond, not from the original earlier years or other existing sources. They are subjected to a permanent prohibition on shrieking and squealing across all platforms. Original versions of these characters in existing shows ("DuckTales 2017," "Phineas and Ferb," etc.) will keep their original classifications. Meanwhile, characters from the "American Legacy" franchise in the introductory volume will also keep their original classifications and will not have any copied versions. Finally, David Tennant will be officially recognized as the original and current voice of Scrooge McDuck in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1," "Amphibia: Definitive Edition," and across all platforms.
    * Character Inclusion in Games: All characters and their individual rebooted versions from "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" will be added into several Disney games like "Disney Solitaire," "Disney Miracle Mode," "Disney Magic Kingdoms," "Disney Emoji Blitz Game," "Disney Dreamlight Valley," "Disney Heroes: Battle Mode," and "Disney Magic Match 3D," along with the "Miracle Mode" franchise collection and "Disney Ultimate Infinity." These characters will be featured in a newly designated edition area to differentiate them from the original versions from movies or other Walt Disney Company properties that are already present in these games, ensuring clarity and preventing confusion for our petition.
There is no need to include the original versions of characters from earlier years or existing shows in Disney games, the "Miracle Mode" franchise collection, and "Disney Ultimate Infinity" because completing and releasing the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise immediately is more important and justified. This approach will also enable Disney to add characters from the new franchise into their games and franchise collections. Additionally, David Tennant will continue to voice Scrooge McDuck from "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" and its first volume in "Disney Dreamlight Valley."
  • A Franchise Fictional Object: Introduction of a new magical relic, the "Ethereal Box" (similar to the Calamity Box in "Amphibia"), powered by happiness and joy. The concept design awaits Disney's finalization for a professional appearance.
  • "The Epic Drama" Box Collections:
    * Product: Exclusive 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray/DVD collections, titled "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume [Number] | The Epic Drama," for each remastered show.
    * Content: Each collection will contain all episodes from a single season in the same format from "Amphibia: The Epic Drama," with bonus content and special features.
    * Disc Organization: Region-free discs, with episodes divided into several parts across individual discs (Part 1 on Disc 1, Part 2 on Disc 2, etc.).
    * Rating: Secure a permanent MPAA G rating for all collections.
    * Collection Standards: All collections will follow the same high standards and features from "Amphibia: The Epic Drama."
    * Distribution: Retail stores, ensuring continuous availability. Products will remain permanently available without risk of removal.
    * Marketing: Position the collections as best, award-winning Disney products to ensure longevity and fan loyalty.
    * Strategic Importance: This initiative is important for Disney's continued growth, meeting audience demands while keeping brand integrity.
    * Call to Action: Immediate approval is required to protect Disney's future, keep fan loyalty, prevent risks, and secure lasting success.
    * Subtitle Option: Use the specific subtitle style, feature set, and option that was shown in the provided image (the second image above).
  • "Heroic Time" Spin-Off Artworks: "DuckTales 2017" comic book covers "Marooned in Mystery Mansion!" (Cover B) and "Under the Cover of Can'tarctica!" (Cover A & B) will be recreated in the "Angelic Enchantment" background art style with updated colors, exposure, lighting, and backgrounds, keeping the original characters' appearances to serve as official "Heroic Time" spin-off artworks. Original resolution, high-definition (HD), and 4K PNG versions, with and without "Heroic Time" and "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1" logos, will be available for free personal-use download on the official website, ensuring high-quality, noise-free images.
  • Promotional Artwork: An official "Gizmoduck" poster and an artwork featuring Gizmoduck and Darkwing Duck will be created, with logo-free versions also available; logos also include "Gizmoduck" and "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1." The poster will include Anne Chandra, Dawlyn Duck, Dawn Rainbow, Lucy Bernadine, Huey Miranda, Dewey Patel, and Louie Wright with smiling expressions. Both artworks will be created in the "Angelic Enchantment" background art style, keeping the original characters' appearances. All artworks will be accessible for free original resolution, HD, and 4K PNG downloads on the official website for personal use without image noise, while we recognize Disney's ownership of the characters.

  • Music Additions:
    * Including modified versions of "A Life Fully Lived" and "Victory Play" (as detailed in our "Legendary Celebration Franchise" petition).
    * Including "Musical Jamboree," "Wonderland Party," "The Magical Legacy," "Infinity Miracle," and the orchestral remake of "Moorshire Anthem (as detailed in our "Other 'Legendary Celebration' Franchise's Projects" petition).
    * Including "Amphibia Season 1 Teaser" (from TJ Hill's SoundCloud profile), two instrumental "Welcome to Amphibia" themes, an "Amphibia" short intro music theme, "True Colors" end credits theme, and three instrumental "Amphibia Sasha, Marcy, and 8-Bit Theme Song Takeover" themes (as detailed in our "Amphibia Show's True Nature" petition) in non-copyright and royalty-free licenses.
    * Distribution: The music will be permanently included in a physical and digital "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise album.
    * Accessibility: Tracks will be permanently available for free streaming and personal-use download on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com."
    * More Music Inclusions: Additional proposed music tracks are pending Disney's confirmation based on our three interlinked petitions.
  • New Related Projects: "Duckburg," an original series for Disney+, and its related projects, will be developed and released as part of the new franchise, subjecting to Disney's review and approval of our interconnected petition titled "Demand Creating and Releasing 'Duckburg' + Additional Requested Content," accessible through the provided link.
  • Disney Museum Collection and Store: An official Disney "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" museum collection and store will be established at Walt Disney World and Epcot, exclusively showing the complete range of available content, merchandise, future releases, books, and artworks. This collection and store will be permanently accessible to the public, with no discontinuations, removals, or replacements. Additionally, high-resolution original photographs of the museum collection and store will be captured and made available for permanent, unrestricted personal download on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com."
  • "Amphibia: Definitive Edition Wiki" & "Amphibia: Definitive Edition Fandom Wiki" Announcement: An official announcement will be made about the creation of the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition Wiki" (accessible at "amphibiadefinitiveeditionwiki.com"), a complete online encyclopedia powered by MediaWiki, alongside the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition Fandom Wiki" related to the franchise. These wikis are designed to be reliable, collaborative resources, welcoming users from Wikipedia and Fandom communities to establish a permanent and open platform. If the proposed MediaWiki domain is unavailable or taken, different hosting options will be considered. Our proposal focuses on developing community growth, ensuring flawless operation, and delivering accurate information to avoid confusion. A careful review of our proposal's advantages is strongly encouraged.

Call to Action:
We firmly believe in the potential of "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" to enhance Disney's legacy, develop fan engagement, and ensure the preservation of animated properties. We believe that this project matches Disney's mission to spread joy and happiness, protecting Disney's interests. Unfortunately, still continuing to ignore or reject this whole proposal risks damaging Disney's relationship with its loyal fanbase and reputation, needing a re-assessment of this disrespectful pattern to avoid potential unintended consequences and the loss of Disney's goodwill.

--

These music albums will be recognized and branded as the best, award-winning, highly recommended, ultimate, famous, non-copyrighted, and free-to-use creations forever—each honored with its own individual Wikipedia article.
  • Asset Availability: Series assets, including backgrounds, concept art, character designs, and transparent character artwork, will be available for free personal download in PNG, original, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" without image noise.
  • Official Character Posters: Creating official posters displaying all characters for each show, with no character absences.
  • Official Creature Posters: Creating official posters displaying all creatures for each show, with no character absences.
  • Official Episode Posters: Creating official posters for every episode in each show, displaying all characters with no absences.
  • Permanent Online Archive: All posters will be released on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" in their original resolutions and PNG formats, without JPG compression and image noise, and will remain available permanently without removal.
  • Character Posters: Different character posters (individual and group shots) will be available for free download in original resolutions, HD, and 4K PNG formats on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com." Logo-free versions will also be available.
