Demand Creating and Releasing "Duckburg" + More Required and Solicited Content

The Issue

We respectfully request Disney's realization and validation of our petition, "Create and Release a New Disney Franchise Collection - Amphibia: Definitive Edition." We appreciate the response received on our previous petition and have followed Change.org's guidelines and terms strictly. Our current petition was originally private and kept secretly; however, we now request Disney's confirmation of its validity. Disney must quickly recognize our concerns and have an agreement to implementing the proposed content changes.
We firmly believe these enhancements will greatly improve the Disney experience for loyal fans. We eagerly anticipate Disney's reaction and are wishing to collaborate in enhancing entertainment quality. Thanks for our anticipated attention, and we eagerly await a positive response.

We cannot collect more signatures for our petition within the time limits, so we decided for an immediate and permanent confirmation for the greater good without ignoring or turning down any response.
Prioritizing our main mission in response to our previous petition, we are smoothening operations without unimportant social media activities such as sharing, commenting, and posting voice videos. We don't need 7,500 signatures to prove our agreement; each individual support is important.

This petition, titled "More Required and Solicited Content," supports for our proposed initiatives and associated performance-based bonuses designed to boost our efforts; these bonuses are clearly solicited, and this is our only petition.

We urgently require Disney's "Duckburg" series and its related projects in the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise. To ensure the continued success of these efforts, we have launched a petition. The "Duckburg" concept perfectly matches Disney's aim to spread happiness and joy.
The importance of these initiatives cannot be belittled, criticized, or ignored. Our petition must remain valid and effective without being affected by the potential negative consequences of inaction or disinterest. We urge immediate, responsible action to support our petition and promote long-term well-being and peace of mind.
Any delay, cancellation, rejection, or dismissal of our efforts will not be allowed, as it would damage our cause, disappoint Disney fans, and lead to false claims and unmet expectations. We aim to protect Disney's future, eliminate uncertainties, and secure an unmistakable victory for this important request. We demand real action, not empty promises, to protect our petition from invalidation and prevent interference or criticism.
Taking real steps is important to confirm our demands, invalidate unauthorized accusations, and move toward a decision without more delays or uncertainties. Disney must immediately approve our petition to keep ongoing success and steady fan support, avoiding any damage to its reputation.
Let us work towards a powerful petition that dispels misrepresentations, premature statements, and unrealistic hopes that could harm our cause. Continued inaction, negligence, or belittlement is unacceptable and will invalidate our whole petition and its effectiveness.

Our demands urge Disney to confirm our petition and develop the "Duckburg" series and its related projects, ensuring our petition's continued validity and protecting it from invalidation, negligence, or denial. We are steady in our agreement to prevent any additional disrespect or belittlement that could invalidate our whole request and its effectiveness. We aim to secure Disney's continued success, eliminate doubt, prevent damage, and achieve an unmistakable victory in meeting this important request:

  • Promotion of the "Duckburg" series and associated initiatives through our petition.
  • Importance of protecting the series from criticism and ensuring its permanence.
  • Urgency for Disney to support our petition to avoid harm to fan trust and expectations.
  • Highlight on the need for immediate action to validate our petition for peace of mind.
  • Delays or dismissals will damage our cause and disappoint Disney fans.
  • Call for collaboration in making purposeful decisions about the series.
  • Highlighting the need for the "Duckburg" for Disney's brand and fan support.
  • Warning about negative consequences, including fan backfire and unauthorized claims, if our concerns are ignored or rejected.
  • Demand for ethical action from Disney to restore trust in our petition's effectiveness.
  • Agreement to achieving a permanent and valid petition that eliminates misinformation and false expectations.

Let's present the importance of the "Duckburg" series and its associated projects by gathering huge support for our petition! These important initiatives are required for the common good.
We urge Disney to officially and permanently release these projects without any delays, cancellations, doubts, or criticisms. The consequences of inaction and passivity, such as harm, trauma, and embarrassment, are simply unacceptable, disrespectful, and seriously insulting.
We support for immediate and responsible action, not empty promises. Continued inaction, passivity, belittlement, disinterest, or unwarranted criticism would damage our petition, backfire on it, disappoint all Disney enthusiasts, and perpetuate existing issues. We cannot allow this passiveness to exist and harm Disney's reputation.
We aim to protect Disney's future, prevent harm, and achieve an undisputed victory for our petition—without loss. Delays, uncertainties, criticisms, or objections will not be allowed.
Failing to act immediately risks harming our reputations and losing fan support. Disney must approve our petition immediately to ensure ongoing success.

We implore Disney to address our official petition immediately, ending all dismissive, neglectful, or ignoring actions; such behavior is unacceptable, insulting, and disrespectful given the circumstances. Continued damaging of our request renders it ineffective, causing serious trauma and embarrassment to ourselves and all Disney enthusiasts, resulting in strong misery, worry, and fear.
These unethical and illegal actions are harmful, traumatic, and embarrassing to signatories and the entire Disney community, only risking the invalidation, discrediting, and endangerment of our petition, a clear violation of proper process, our rights, and international law. Such actions threaten unrepairable damage, preventing us from achieving our goal.
We implore all parties to permanently end these actions and collaboratively seek a decision respecting everyone; this important issue demands urgent attention and effective action to secure the future of our petition and the Disney community.

For our mission and welfare, Disney must listen to our petition, as evidenced by their previous approval of similar requests using their straightforward process.
Our petition has been carefully prepared to guarantee its change and avoid rejection, dismissal, or misrepresentation, ensuring it can bring the important changes for all and highlight the need for safety, acquiring the necessary support and confirmation we require.

We demand Disney officially confirm and validate all petition entries—including initiatives, "Duckburg," books, albums, and those in linked petitions—sharing this confirmation through official channels such as news outlets and the DisneyD23 Expo, enabling individual Wikipedia and Fandom (particularly Disney Fandom Wiki) article creations by official announcements.
Additionally, we urge permanent release of all petitioned items, products, and changes.

NOTE: All proposed initiatives are exclusively solicited, directly connected and related to our petition, and has no unsolicited material; they provide clear, related requests that perfectly match our petition's goals.

Our Demands for the "Duckburg" Series:

  • Proposal for a single-season Disney+ animated original series titled "Duckburg."
  • Produced by Matt Groening, the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" creative team, and Disney Television Animation.
  • Part of the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise with permanent Disney+ availability.
  • Serves as a sequel to "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1" and "The Last Adventure" episode.
  • Episodes are 30 minutes long and exclusive to Disney+.
  • Not based on the original 2017 "DuckTales" reboot.
  • Suggests accepting the "Angelic Enchantment" background art style from the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise.
  • Storyline focuses on main plots and real-life events, set in the 2nd Dimension with locations like Duckburg Palace.
  • Introduces Diane WealthDuck (main protagonist, voiced by Taylor Louderman) and specified characters from "Disney Legacy" and "American Legacy" franchises, along with Starlow Bright and Toadsworth Walker from the "Milo & Violeta" franchise.
  • Diane has apparition and flying skills; appears in every episode.
  • Proposes eliminating shrieking and squealing as unacceptable and prohibited behaviors.
  • Animation style combines the "Angelic Enchantment" background design, Netflix's "Disenchantment" animation style, and "American Legacy" character art design.
  • Proposes a permanent MPAA G rating after the trailer release.
  • Suggests displaying a Disney logo above the "Duckburg" logo.
  • Recommends adding a "The End" tagline to the final episode, styled like "The Hardest Thing" episode in "Amphibia."
  • Proposes using "Amphibia" (2019) opening episode title card and end credits style for all episodes.
  • All music scores (composed by TJ Hill and Mark Mothersbaugh), similar to "Amphibia" (2019) will have no horror or suspense themes, along with suspenseful violin sound effects associated with horror.
  • The use of music scores will be carefully limited to prevent overuse.
  • Urges immediate acceptance to protect Disney's reputation, secure franchise future, keep fan loyalty, and end continual inactivity.

We implore Disney to permanently honor a G rating (MPAA, not TV) to the "Duckburg" series that is seriously detailed in our petition, just like the "Walt Disney Animation Studios: Short Circuit" series did. While demanding such careful agreement, we believe it is legal, important, reasonable, and beneficial to Disney's continued success and the well-being of its audience.
Still ignoring, rejecting, or dismissing our request risks their permanent invalidation, harming the whole show and causing unnecessary trauma and embarrassment to Disney's loyal fanbase. To prevent this, we urge Disney to seriously consider our petition, ensuring its fulfillment (requirement, happiness, or achievement) and developing the continued success of a new production, all secured by the support of a loyal audience; ultimately aiming for permanently eliminating such unjustified invalidations and protecting Disney's future.

  • Webra Walters
  • Parker Bell
  • Trevor Caldwell
  • Evander Flynn
  • Dean Karnage
  • Calandra Flynn
  • Deacon Flynn
  • All the Disney-recreated "Growing Up With Hello Kitty" characters

Diane would say, "My lifetime becomes a fabric of an experience," "I'd like to see the perfect game I would take and filter my ability. Boom! Whack it out!", "I love to fly and dance on air like an elevator," "Come on, everyone. Let's go," "It's my best party to celebrate," "Don't worry, I will clean up," "You look great and beautiful. How enjoyable. Everything's going smoothly," "One cup of soap liquid makes bubbles of fun, but I know two cups would even be more fun," and "Christmas is the holiday to enjoy the time and have fun with your family, friends, and the others who loved you," in some episodes.

"Duckburg" will include the following concepts:

  • The following characters—Diane WealthDuck (main protagonist), Grant WealthDuck, Morgan WealthDuck, Dawlyn Duck, Doraemon Alderdice, Fernando Cabrera/Gizmoduck, Devonte Mallard/Darkwing Duck, Anne Chandra, Dawn Rainbow, Lucy Bernadine, Nova Duncan, Hugo Joyce, Carl Tacadena, Huey Miranda, Dewey Patel, Louie Wright, Mark Brite, The Right Team (Armande McDuck, Flintheart Glomgold, Gandra Dale, Raymond McQuack, and Beatrice Beakley), and the Rockstar Party (Kingston Wainwright, Annabelle Wainwright, Dakota Wainwright, Liam Wainwright, Donahue Vanderquack, Daniella Vanderquack, Carly Wainwright, and Matilda Wainwright)—will be featured as the main characters, with rotating appearances in individual episodes.
  • Fernando Cabrera/Gizmoduck, Devonte Mallard/Darkwing Duck, Dawlyn Duck, and Doraemon Alderdice will play important roles, appearing in most, different episodes throughout the series. Additionally, there could be episodes showing their individual lives, such as depicting them sleeping in their own beds.
  • Five new episodes featuring the characters Armande, Raymond, Anne, Dawn, Lucy, Nova, Hugo, and Carl. The proposed episodes could be titled as follows: "McDuck and McQuack," "Egypt's Historical Voyage," "Winter Wonderland Adventure," "The Great Golf Challenge" (featuring Flintheart and Gandra), "Air Flight," and "The Spirit of Life." Copying the concept of the original series, these episodes would aim to capture the adventure with titles similar to "Woo-oo!," "The Living Mummies of Toth-Ra!," "The Impossible Summit of Mt. Neverrest!," "The Missing Links of Moorshire!" (featuring Glomgold), "Sky Pirates…in the Sky!", and "The Secret(s) of Castle McDuck!" (featuring Fergus McDuck and Downy McDuck) that feature Scrooge, Launchpad, and the kids.
  • In selected episodes, Armande and Raymond will accompany Anne, Dawn, Lucy, Nova, Hugo, and Carl on activities.
  • May, June, Della, Donald, Daisy, Gosalyn, Lena, Violet, and the existing others (without Webby Vanderquack) will wear their different casual outfits.
  • Della would have her recovered leg, and May and June would be Daisy's nieces.
  • Same voice actors will be casted to reprise their character voice roles, including Riki Lindhome, Noël Wells, Kimiko Glenn, Libe Barer, and Stephanie Beatriz.
  • Manny, a living horse (voiced by Keith David), will appear.
  • Don Cheadle will voice the 2nd Dimension's Donald Duck (not Tony Anselmo).
  • 2nd Dimension's Gyro Gearloose would be Donald's brother, not a scientist.

We propose creating several new, fully realized characters within the 2nd Dimension in "Duckburg," and the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise:

  • Teenage ducks similar to Webby and Dewey, wearing their different-designed and same-colored similar outfits
  • April Duck, wearing her pink dress, matching May and June's build, becoming May and June's sibling and Daisy's niece
  • Stacy and Isabelle Waddlemeyer, Gosalyn's similarly-sized duck sisters
  • Four pilot ducks (two female, two male), matching Della and Donald's sizes and heights
  • Three new duck siblings for Donald and Della—Jet Duck (red), Turbo Duck (blue), and Rebel Duck (green) in their different hairstyles, based on Huey, Dewey, and Louie in their "Quack Pack!" outfits
  • Four adult ducks (two female, two male), matching Donald and Della's sizes and heights, to become an extended family for Jet, Turbo, Rebel, April, May, June, Donald, Della, and Daisy
  • Three new duck siblings for April, May, and June
  • Eliza Roy and Kyle Roy—new ducks of the recreated young Della and Donald from "The First Adventure!"
  • Four similarly-sized ducks (two female, two male) of young Della and Donald
  • Delphine Cabrera's male friend and a professional, reliable scientist/inventor, matching her size and height
  • Different reliable interns and scientists
  • A Duckburg ruler with their staff and agents
  • A Saint Canard ruler with their staff and agents

Related to our petition, we suggest increasing April, May, and June's appearances across Disney productions, including "Duckburg," due to having not enough appearances, particularly in comics and "Legend of the Three Caballeros," to benefit the whole franchise. Additionally, we propose including the 1987 "DuckTales" and 1990 "Darkwing Duck" and "Quack Pack" characters from their remastered universes in the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise, made in the new series' art style, featuring newly cast voice actors for their characters (no changes/replacements), into the new series.

We mandate the casting of separate, exclusively US-English (American accent) voice actors for these characters, with no changes or replacements. Their immediate and permanent inclusion (with the 2nd Dimension's characters) in Disney games like "Disney Magic Kingdoms," "Disney Solitaire," "Disney Miracle Mode," "Disney Emoji Blitz Game," and "Disney Heroes: Battle Mode" is non-negotiable; any delays, cancellations, or objections (speculative, dismissed, rejected, or otherwise unsubstantiated) are unacceptable and disrespectful. Kate Micucci would also voice a female teenage duck.
Finally, we propose a free, downloadable PNG poster showing these characters, available at "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" in original, standard, clear, detailed HD, and 4K resolutions (without JPG/image noise), for permanent personal use without deletions.

The accompanying image displays Jet (Red), Turbo (Blue), and Rebel Duck (Green), vectorized for copyright accordance. We wait for finalization of different hair styles for those characters. All characters are Disney property; we recognize their ownership and respect all copyright laws.

In the first dimension within the "Duckburg" series:

  • Diane, Dakota, Lorenzo, and Neptune would take Louie Duck (in its first dimension counterpart) to the Big Rock Candy Mountain.
  • Diane would help Scrooge (in its first dimension counterpart) to conquer and reach the final top of the snow-capped mountain on Mt. Neverrest by her apparition and flying abilities, where the map was landed. Scrooge would pick up the map and stand on the top, finally conquering Mt. Neverrest and winning against the deceased George Mallardy.
  • An important mission involves Diane, Dean, and Deacon finding and restoring Poe De Spell (a transformed bird) to his normal duck form for Magica.
  • Armdane Miranda and Barbara Turner will return.
  • Kingston, Annabelle, Dakota, Liam, Scrooge, and Launchpad will join together again.

--

As LA Con 2024 officially confirms Jim Cummings as the voice of Drake Mallard in the "Darkwing Duck" reboot, we also recommend announcing and confirming the return of Chris Diamantopoulos as the voice of Devonte "Drake" Mallard/Darkwing Duck in the entire "Duckburg" series, along with the "American Legacy" and "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchises.
We must keep our petition's validity and effectiveness. Any ongoing inaction or passivity could lead to unnecessary interference and panic between Disney fans. Failing to address this issue may endanger our petition's trustworthiness and effectiveness, resulting in negative consequences that cannot be ignored.
We must act immediately to support our petition, demonstrate respect, and ensure the peace of mind of all involved. Disney's immediate approval of our petition is important to protect its reputation, keep fan support, and guarantee a successful future without doubts or uncertainties. We require a powerful and effective petition that protects from needless invalidation, interference, or criticism.

Additionally, we propose announcing and confirming Mark Hamill as the voice of Poe De Spell in the entire "Duckburg" series, instead of Martin Freeman in the "DuckTales" reboot. We believe that Martin Freeman may not be the perfect choice for the role of Poe De Spell, making this change seem more appropriate. Mark Hamill comes highly recommended and must rightfully become the role of Poe De Spell in the series.

The special episodes include:

  • "Cornelius Coot's Golden Armory History" - similar in concept to "The Golden Armory of Cornelius Coot"
  • "Heroic Life and Pride"
  • "Neon Tokyo" - similar to "Astro B.O.Y.D."
  • "The Heroic Duo" - similar to "The Outlaw Scrooge McDuck" with a different flawless, unchanged, uninterrupted, and uncut backstory
  • "McDuck and McQuack" - featuring Armande and Raymond, along with Anne, Dawn, Lucy, Nova, Hugo, and Carl
  • "Glitch" - featuring Dawlyn, Doraemon, Fenton/Gizmoduck, and Drake/Darkwing Duck
  • "Halloween Magic" - a special Halloween episode
  • "Christmas Party" - a special Christmas episode
  • "A True Princess Hero" - similar to "New Gods on the Block"
  • "Diane's Adventurous Spirit"

"Cornelius Coot's Golden Armory History" will feature the following concepts:

  • Featuring Armande McDuck (voiced by David Tennant), Flintheart Glomgold (voiced by Keith Ferguson), Raymond McQuack (voiced by Beck Bennett), and Beatrice Beakley (voiced by Toks Olagundoye)—best friends together in a group. Diane will meet the quartet, with Scrooge encouraging her to discover the true history of Cornelius Coot's Golden Armory during her solo journey. Diane embarks on a solo journey, separate from the quartet's activities.
  • Without spiders, the Beagle Boys (Bouncer, Burger, Big Time Beagle), Ma Beagle (voiced by Margo Martindale), and Gandra Dale (voiced by Jameela Jamil) will appear; the Beagle Boys and Ma will bring an appropriate welcome surprise to Diane, as Gandra joins them.
  • The episode ends with Gandra graduating Diane in front of Armande, Glomgold, Raymond, and Beatrice.
  • Sometime, Diane would say, "I aim to return Duckburg to glory while I was recapturing the spotlight," "I can't believe the others have recognized me!", and "Life has a perfect way to work out."
  • Della and all children would be completely absent.

Our proposal involves creating a new scene similar to the "Woo-oo!" episode, featuring Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby, for the "Cornelius Coot's Golden Armory History" episode.
An image was attached that displays the new scene, placed above the existing vectorized version for comparison. We also recommend correcting the new scene with their new outfits (as shown in the first image below) to accurately match Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby's positions and develop a new background.
Please note that these concept art elements are Disney-owned, and we support their rights with huge respect and accordance.

"Heroic Life and Pride" will feature the following concepts:

  • Featuring Diane on a motorcycle (without Raymond McQuack) and wielding a sword, shield, wand, and bow.
  • Featuring Dawlyn Duck (voiced by Noah Baird), Doraemon Alderdice (voiced by Justin Felbinger), Fernando Cabrera/Gizmoduck (voiced by Lin-Manuel Miranda), and Devonte Mallard/Darkwing Duck (voiced by Chris Diamantopoulos).
  • Fenton/Gizmoduck and Drake/Darkwing Duck are high-level employees, just like Brick and Savannah from "Milo Murphy's Law."
  • All children will be completely absent.

"Neon Tokyo" will feature the following concepts:

  • Taking place in the first dimension.
  • Featuring the real GizmoCloud with magical elements.
  • Seeing the return of Dr. Akita (with his "Rowan" first name), escaped from prison and seeking revenge by taking control over Tokyolk.
  • Diane, alone, uncovers new backstories for Gyro and B.O.Y.D. (2BO) (plus a full backstory scene after Dr. Akita turns B.O.Y.D. (2BO) into a weapon), saving Tokyolk and defeating Dr. Akita.
  • Diane and Inspector Tezuka (with her "Daigo" first name) would meet each other respectfully and team up to save Tokyolk and defeat Akita.
  • After defeating Akita, Diane and Tezuka convert Gyro's old lab (where 2BO was built) into a Tokyolk Palace and host a celebration in the city.
  • The episode will officially reveal Akita's first name "Rowan," and Inspector Tezuka's first name "Daigo," with accompanying official confirmation.
  • Sometime, Diane would say, "Wow, that's incredible! I never seen this GizmoCloud like that before. I can't believe I've discovered the science developers used their resources to build this place," "Please turn the camera slightly to the right. I need to see what's important," "Keen gear, that place was huge," "How about I perform any experiment that I have a good chance without getting hurt?", "Come on. I know I've found that scientific circuit design somewhere," "Hey, guys. Are we having a break time?", "I need to go right now," "Come on. We're running out of time," "It looks like Akita will tear a hole in reality, That's not true," "Blathering Blatherskite!", "Let's bring super science to the world!", "I felt sorry, but I'm kind of you that everyone told me about the GizmoCloud," "Where did you get it?", and "I knew it, and we'll do it together."
  • Huey, Launchpad, and the present Gyro would be absent.

"The Heroic Duo" will feature the following concepts:

  • Including Diane, Dawlyn, and Doraemon.
  • Featuring a complete, flawless, unchanged, uninterrupted, and uncut backstory between Gizmoduck and Darkwing Duck where they first met each other respectfully and become best friends.
  • Diane would tell a backstory without Dawlyn and Doraemon saying.
  • A backstory would have a perfect, happy ending.
  • A backstory would have no unwanted changes, characters, elements, objects, cuts, and voiceovers.
  • A backstory would be presented in full-color and a normal form, similar to the first one from "The Outlaw Scrooge McDuck!" in "DuckTales."
  • A backstory would play from the beginning to the end without stopping or switching to the present time.
  • Marshall Cabrera's voice clips would be reused for Gizmoduck.
  • All children will be completely absent.

Our main demands for a Halloween "Duckburg" episode are presented here:

  • Gizmoduck and Darkwing Duck were absent from the "The Trickening!" episode in the original version of the 2017 "DuckTales" reboot.
  • Our petition has been launched to feature them in a special Halloween episode titled "Halloween Magic" within the "Duckburg" series on Disney+.
  • We aim to have both characters appear in their regular, non-Halloween outfits to support Disney's ongoing success.
  • Our petition highlights the importance of including these characters to strengthen the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise.
  • The "Halloween Magic" episode will also feature characters Diane WealthDuck, Dawlyn Duck, Doraemon Alderdice, Anne Chandra, Dawn Rainbow, Lucy Bernadine, Nova Duncan, Hugo Joyce, Carl Tacadena, Huey Miranda, Dewey Patel, Louie Wright, Mark Brite, Grant WealthDuck, Morgan WealthDuck, the Rockstar Party, and The Right Team, all in casual outfits.
  • The storyline includes Diane meeting Gizmoduck, Darkwing Duck, and other characters, highlighting the bravery and fearlessness of the two heroes.
  • Diane WealthDuck will face a magical, Halloween-themed test of courage alone, equipped with sword, shield, wand, and bow.
  • Diane will encounter allies such as Witch Hazel (voiced by Selma Blair), Wereduck/Demonic Clown (Doug Jones), Frankenstein (Clancy Brown), and Nosferatu (James Marsters), along with a villain named Merlock.
  • The episode promises a happy ending suitable for all audiences.
  • Our petition calls for immediate and effective action from Disney to accept this opportunity, ensuring an engaging and memorable experience for fans while supporting Disney's long-term initiatives.

Accompanying all the episodes will be illustrated storybooks (4K 2:20:1 Todd-AO ratio, "Angelic Enchantment" background art style) detailing the complete storylines. Additionally, we propose using only storybook formats without Step Into Reading, Scholastic, Disney Adventures In Reading, Disney Learning, and similar simple grade books.
Furthermore, we suggest limiting illustrated storybook characters to only those featured on posters, without unnecessary elements like creatures, insects, and un-postered characters.
Permanent availability on Disney+ (no removals) is requested for "Duckburg" and all its episodes, with its storybooks (physical and digital, including ebooks).

We propose the permanent, following initiatives for "Duckburg":

  • Permanent hosting of all "Duckburg" series assets—including backgrounds, concept art, character designs, and transparent character artwork—on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com." Assets will be free for personal download in original PNG, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions, without JPG/image noise.
  • Before release of storybooks for each episode, free downloads of all complete book illustrations (without text) will be available in PNG format at original, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions on the same sites, permanently and without deletions.
  • Official logo-free character posters for the series, starting with a solo Diane WealthDuck poster and multiple group posters featuring different character combinations (8, 10, or more characters), ensuring every character is represented. All characters must appear in official posters; none can be absent. These posters will be available as free HD and 4K PNG downloads in original resolutions permanently for personal use, without JPG/image noise. This complete poster initiative is believed important for the series' success and Disney's continued prosperity, helping to avoid project delays, cancellations, misrepresentations, and negative rumors.
  • New official show finale posters in both image and animated formats, styled similarly to official "Amphibia" animated posters ("All In," "The Hardest Thing"), available in original and HD PNG formats without noise, permanently free on the official sites.
  • Additional free downloadable PNG posters featuring all characters with an "Angelic Enchantment" background art style will also be provided in original, multiple resolutions (standard, HD, 4K) without noise, permanently and without removals.
  • Immediate public announcements through official channels to release accurate information about "Duckburg" and related projects, enabling Wikipedia and Disney Fandom Wiki article creation. Highlights that delays, rejection, or negative responses could damage Disney’s reputation and harm loyal fans; quick acceptance is urged to protect ongoing success and fan engagement.
  • A three-version remix of the 2017 "DuckTales" reboot main theme in E major and F# major, keeping original tempo and instrumentation, remixed with an orchestra, Ska-style piano, warm pad chords, and 1987 version instruments. Vocals for all three versions to be provided by characters Diane WealthDuck, Grant WealthDuck, Morgan WealthDuck, and the Rockstar Party, including chord vocals. Additionally, six instrumental versions (original, extended, short) without all vocals and vocal-following instruments will be released. All six versions will be permanently available across physical and digital formats within "Duckburg" and "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" albums and EPs. The remixed main theme as the intro will be featured in the "Duckburg" series.
  • An original soundtrack album featuring all complete music score tracks and songs with their unedited instrumental versions (without all vocals, choruses, and vocal-following instruments) will be released in physical and digital formats. The album will also be available for free streaming and personal download on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" and "disneytelevisionanimation.com," with no future deletion.
  • Plan to reuse the "Musical Jamboree" track in specific episodes ("Heroic Life and Pride," "The Heroic Duo," "Halloween Magic"), highlighting characters Fernando Cabrera/Gizmoduck, Devonte Mallard/Darkwing Duck, and occasionally Dawlyn Duck and Doraemon Alderdice. This finalized track inclusion depends on Disney's confirmation and production following the approval of our interlinked "Create and Release Disney's Other "Legendary Celebration" Franchise's Projects" petition.

NOTE: This YouTube video is from the "Adriana Pendleton" channel; proper credit has been given as it is not our own; we respect intellectual property rights and never infringe them.

  • Three Enchantment Relics (based on "Dora's Carnival 2: Boardwalk Adventure") in the "Duckburg" series and the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise, as shown in the attached redrawn image. Please note that these original sources are owned by Nickelodeon, not us.

Disney's success and its fanbase's satisfaction demand the immediate acceptance of this proposal. Delay, rejection, or inaction will permanently harm Disney's reputation and seriously disappoint its loyal fanbase, rendering this proposal permanently ineffective, which is completely unacceptable. As a result, immediate acceptance is urgently requested to ensure continued success, keep fan loyalty, prevent future damage, and secure Disney's long-term future.

We propose using the best subtitle style, feature, and option for "Duckburg" and all its episodes, as illustrated here:

NOTE: The image featured in our petition contains three copyrighted Disney pictures sourced from Google and is not owned by us. It is used strictly according to "Fair Use" intentions, and we have obtained the necessary license to respect the original owners' rights. We do not claim ownership of the image; it is included only for "Fair Use" purposes.

In support of our petition, we propose applying the same subtitle style, feature, and option, as shown in the attached image, to all original versions of the "DuckTales 2017" and "DuckTales Shorts" episodes on Disney+. This includes multipart episodes such as "The Shadow War!," "Moonvasion!," "Let's Get Dangerous!," and "The Last Adventure!" Additionally, we recommend updating the subtitles for accuracy, specifically replacing the subtitle word "INTERN" with "FENTON" in "Beware the B.U.D.D.Y. System!" and changing "CHAIR" to "BRADFORD" in "The Great Dime Chase!"

--

We propose both "Duckburg" spin-offs, produced by Matt Groening, the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" creative team, and Disney Television Animation. Our main requests are:

1. Tri-Ultimate Force:

  • Concepts:
    * A 30-minute series, similar in format to "Milo Murphy's Law" but featuring entirely new stories and themes unrelated to that show or its "Murphy's Law" concept.
    * The series is planned to run for over 40 episodes, with Amanda Boonchuy as the main protagonist and new Disney character.
    * Episodes include "Celebratory Amazement" and "The Siren's Song."
    * A villain named Merlock—Amanda's arch-nemesis—will be introduced later in the series. Merlock is designed in the style of "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 1," portrayed at a non-giant size comparable to Master Kohga from "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" and "Tears of the Kingdom." He leads the Wizard Clan, an army similar to the Yiga Clan from the same "Zelda" titles, with their goal is to end Amanda's life—much like Master Kohga and the Yiga Clan's efforts to end Link's life in those games. Despite their efforts, Amanda survives and the series concludes with a happy ending in the final episode.
    * Amanda will gain her purple powers later in the series, similar to Anne's blue power from "Amphibia."
  • New Character Description: Amanda Boonchuy (also known as Amanda "Anne" Charlotte Boonchuy) is a legendary and courageous Thai-American adult duck hero/heroine, similar to Link from "The Legend of Zelda" franchise. This updated version of Anne Boonchuy is voiced by Anne Hathaway, who performs both speaking and singing in US English with an original American accent, without any changes or replacements. Amanda wears a colorful, dress-designed outfit matching Anne Chandra's skirt size and length and shoes, and has brown hair styled as the same to Lavender Wright's (from "Enchantment"). She is equipped with a carefully recreated Master Sword, Bow of Light, and Hylian Shield, all originally based on the original designs from "The Legend of Zelda" franchise. The names "Anne" and "Boonchuy" may be used as separate nicknames.
  • Additional Main Characters:
    * Anne Chandra, Dawn Rainbow, Lucy Bernadine, Nova Duncan, Hugo Joyce, Carl Tacadena, Armande McDuck, and Raymond McQuack.
    * Anne Chandra, Dawn Rainbow, Lucy Bernadine, Nova Duncan, Hugo Joyce, and Carl Tacadena will have roles comparable to Melissa and Zack from "Milo Murphy's Law," but with different themes and concepts unrelated to that show.
    * Armande McDuck and Raymond McQuack will have roles similar to Cavendish and Dakota from "Milo Murphy's Law," featuring different themes and concepts that do not connect to the previous series.
  • Setting: Mainly set within the universe of the "Duckburg" series, along with the additional 1987 "DuckTales" and 1990 "Darkwing Duck" and "Quack Pack" universes. The series will focus on main stories and real-world events without side stories or dream sequences.
  • Main Cast: Voice actors include Anne Hathaway, Jessica DiCicco, Katie Crown, Angelina Jolie, Keith David, Charlie Day, Chris Pratt, David Tennant, and Beck Bennett.
  • Music: A new, different version of "Anne's Theme" for Amanda Boonchuy will be composed in A major, with a tempo of 110 BPM and a 4/4 time signature. The arrangement will feature a piano, guitar, horn, and strings, each playing different note patterns to create a fresh and powerful sound.

2. Glitch:

  • Concept: A 30-minute action-adventure series, planned for over 40 episodes, focusing on a team of heroes: Dawlyn Duck, Doraemon Alderdice, Fernando Cabrera/Gizmoduck, and Devonte Mallard/Darkwing Duck.
  • Setting: Mainly set within the universe of the 1987 "DuckTales" and 1990 "Darkwing Duck" series (without elements from "Let's Get Dangerous"). The series will focus on main stories and real-world events without side stories or dream sequences.
  • Main Cast: Voice actors include Noah Baird, Justin Felbinger, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Chris Diamantopoulos.

All Shared Elements (For Both Spin-Offs):

  • Art Style: The "Angelic Enchantment" background art style, combined with the animation style of Netflix's "Disenchantment" and the character art style of "Duckburg."
  • Music: An opening theme in A major (120 BPM, 4/4) and a closing theme in F# minor (120 BPM, 4/4), composed by TJ Hill and Mark Mothersbaugh. This applies to both spin-offs.
  • Franchise Inclusion: These shows are part of the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise.
  • Accuracy: Main characters' casual outfits will remain accurate across all episodes.
  • Content Guidelines: The series will be respectful and promote completion, without shrieking and squealing. The phrase "Let's Get Dangerous!" will not be used in "Glitch."
  • Rating: A permanent MPAA G rating is requested for the series.
  • Visual Presentation: The Disney logo would be displayed above the series logo. Final episodes would feature a "The End" tagline coming from "The Hardest Thing" episode within "Amphibia." Use "Amphibia" (2019) opening title card and end credits style.
  • Music Soundtrack Availability: The complete music soundtrack (unedited tracks) will be available for free streaming and download on "disneytelevisionanimation.com" and "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com."
  • Asset Availability: Series assets, including backgrounds, concept art, character designs, and transparent character artwork, will be available for free personal download in PNG, original, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions (without image noise) on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com."
  • Character Posters: Several logo-free character posters (individual and group shots) will be available for free download in original resolutions, HD, and 4K PNG formats (without image noise) on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com." Every character must receive individual representation and all show characters must be featured in official posters; none can be absent.
  • Animated Finale Posters: Introduce two extra official image and animated show finale posters based on the design of Disney TVA's "Amphibia" animated posters, "All In" and "The Hardest Thing" (in PNG, original, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions, without image noise) available for download on "disneytelevisionanimation.com" and "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com."
  • Subtitle Option: The best subtitle style, feature, and option will be used, detailed from the provided image above.
  • Illustrated Storybooks:
    * Format: Accompanying each episode will be illustrated storybooks (4K 2:20:1 Todd-AO ratio, "Angelic Enchantment" background style, show's same art style) detailing the complete storylines. Not include simpler reading level books.
    * Style: Storybooks would feature formats and storyline texts in ITC Galliard Bold font as seen in Disney Mouse Works Classic Storybooks.
    * Character Restriction: Illustrated storybooks will only feature characters shown on posters.
    * Availability: Storybooks (physical and digital, including ebooks) and illustrations will be available. Complete book illustrations (without text) can be freely downloaded at "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" in PNG formats at original, standard, HD, and 4K resolutions without image noise.

Disney+ Hosting & Storybook Availability: Permanent availability on Disney+ for all episodes and storybooks in stores are required.

Requested Action: Immediate approval of this proposal is requested to ensure the project's success and protect Disney's interests.

--

We propose creating and publishing individual complete art books for "Duckburg," "Tri-Ultimate Force," and "Glitch," showing complete character backgrounds, objects, locations, and exclusive development artwork. These books will feature a selection of character and location designs for fans of the respective shows.
Part of the Disney Books collection, these art books will be permanently available in all formats and accessible digitally within the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise. This initiative is important for keeping Disney's success by preventing delays, cancellations, and negative consequences.
We strongly encourage Disney to give serious consideration to this proposal to ensure success and fan engagement, preventing any potential harm to Disney's future.

All music scores across all proposed productions will have no horror and suspense themes, including any suspenseful violin sound effects associated with horror. The use of music in these productions will be carefully limited to prevent overuse.

Original soundtrack albums for each show, featuring all score tracks and songs in their unedited, instrumental versions (without all vocals, choruses, and vocal-following instruments), will be released in both physical and digital formats. These albums will be available for free streaming and personal download on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" and "disneytelevisionanimation.com," with no plans for future removal. All albums and tracks will be licensed permanently as royalty-free music creations without copyright restrictions, guaranteeing unlimited and permanent availability. These works will be branded as the best, award-winning, and freely-usable creations. Each album will be recognized with its own individual Wikipedia article.

End credits videos (without all text) for each show will be permanently available on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com" and the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" YouTube channel.

Brought by a strong belief in the appreciation of the "Duckburg" series and its related initiatives in the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise and the promise of new Disney-related projects highlighted in a recent petition, we urge Disney to consider their permanent release and active support. These projects are demonstrably match Disney's mission to bring joy and happiness to its audience and require immediate and ongoing investment.
We warn about inaction, passivity, and complacency would risk invalidating the petition, damaging Disney's brand reputation, and causing serious interference within the fan community. As a result, we implore Disney to take an effective action by officially recognizing the petition and agreeing to the success and existence of these initiatives.
This final step will protect the Disney community and prevent more uncertainty and disappointment. Failure to do so will have lasting and harmful consequences.

After confirming our petition, we urge Disney to quickly review and validate Alexander L.'s request, titled "Save Ducktales Reboot!", with proper consideration and acceptance, given its stated purpose of establishing and launching "Duckburg" for Disney+ and all accompanying projects. This petition needs our huge attention. Disney must act responsibility without delay or rejection for the greater good. For clarity, we did not originate this request and the account.

  • Parker Bell
  • Trevor Caldwell
  • Evander Flynn
  • Dean Karnage
