I've recorded a short video about this campaign and why I believe it's urgently needed. You can watch it here:

The parliamentary petition I created is slowly growing — it gets a few signatures daily — but I need 100,000 to be heard in Parliament. I'm trying to get the message out there, but it’s not easy.
Rail industry spokespeople have told journalists they believe they’ve already done enough to "improve" ticketing — mostly by implementing contactless payments, which save seconds but offer no financial relief for NHS workers.
They also said there are no plans to improve affordability for key workers. So once again, the burden falls on us.
I made this video to ask for help — despite my nerves, despite my accent, despite how hard it is to be vulnerable online when you don’t look or sound like everyone else. I'm a nurse, a British citizen, and I’ve saved lives — but none of that stops people from being cruel. Still, I carry on. Because I want to help.
📢 Please watch, share, and support this campaign in any way you can.
