When Principal John Thuet and Assistant Principal Michelle Brumfield came to Lincoln Park High-school the school improved drastically. They where always around and you could tell they really cared about the students. Ms.Brumfield every morning would greet students coming into the school and personally it made my morning. Mr. Thuet and Ms.Brumfield would sit in on several classes everyday to see how they could improve the students learning environment. They always made sure they had time for the students. I went into Mr. Thuet’s office on Thursday to talk and he made time for me. I brought to his attention how I felt there was a lack of respect among students to students and how there are several kids struggling at our high school with mental health problems.  After our conversation he said we would have an assembly to speak about it and that shows how much he cares for his students. After I talked with Ms.Brumfield about the same issue and she asked me to start a club, help with spreading awareness, and more. They made me feel happy and safe to come to school and I believe they should be reinstated.
