Thank you for taking a stand in opposition to this outrageous proposal. 

It is clear that the sentiment of our residents in and around Wood Estates and throughout the town of Coventry feel this is the wrong proposal ➡️ in the wrong location. 

We are stronger together, and have made a loud statement thus far in launching this petition.

Make it known ➡️ through your voice ➡️ that a priority be made to preserve open space in the town of Coventry, south of Tiogue Avenue, South of Reservoir Road on Nooseneck Hill Road. 

Include why we should preserve open space in central Coventry. Some reasons may include:

• Preservation of open space for an aesthetic community 
• Less congestion of people and traffic 
• Less pollution caused by more cars 
• More land for local wildlife 
• Natural drainage during storms 
• Less pressure on an already stressed fire and safety infrastructure 
• Less stress on an already crowded public school and bussing infrastructure 
• A safer central Coventry 

Add your own reasons so that the town will take these recommendations into account when finalizing the Town's Comprehensive Plan. Of the 200+ signatures in 24 hours, we can make this a priority for our towns future❗
