We the undersigned object to the recent Local Plan produced by Coventry City Council. The consultation period is dismissive in not allowing an adequate time period for residents to consider the proposals. The plan also contains a significant re-classification of the greenbelt that will have long-term implications for the city of Coventry. We demand an extension of the consultation period and an opportunity to consider alternative proposals that will protect the long-term future of the greenbelt.
