The Sonoma County Office of Education Board President President Herman Hernandez Jr. omitted his sources of income for all years while serving as an elected official under the jurisdiction of the Fair Political Practices Commission. He is as an Executive at 421 Group cannabis consulting firm. This firm has been directly involved with influencing the County of Sonoma to create cannabis enforcement policies and permitting regulations including drone surveillance for illegal grows. Mr. Hernandez was previously Campaign Manager to Supervisor Lynda Hopkins and Field Director to State Senator Mike McGuire. This is a huge conflict of interest as you cannot legally campaign for other elected officials as a current elected official. This creates direct bias & monopolies due to personal agendas.

Supervisor Gore appointed his own brother in law, Jake McKee to the Sonoma County Fish & Wildlife Commission to oversee cannabis enforcement. Mr. Mckee owns Wayfinder LLC, a cannabis consulting firm directly partnered with 421 Group. The Gore Family also owns several cannabis businesses including Garden Society. Mr. Gore filed a restraining order against my fiancé because he’s tried to silence me over the past two years through scare tactics. Of course, the media attempted to present a pathetic narrative & refuses to interview me while dragging my name through the mud in their publications. If I’m “lying”, why not make a public mockery of my ignorance? As a previous government employee, I was pushed out from my position at Santa Rosa City Schools within the County of Sonoma for asking hundreds of questions which shed light on tremendous intertwined fraud. To date, nobody can/will answer my inquiries as they continue to blatantly lie.

I’ve become a major activist in the community to help those who are being treated unjustly. There are currently over 120 folks who have come forward to me to discuss extortion from Permit Sonoma. The elderly and Spanish speakers are primarily being targeted as victims. I thought I was the only individual being treated this way, yet hundreds share similar stories of being illegally threatened, maltreated and diminished within the cannabis industry and other business sectors.

The media will not shed light on this matter, yet so many are losing their entire livelihood. The City of Santa Rosa Code Enforcement Officer Kelley Aboudara was recently arrested for extortion. She previously shared a residential address with Ms. Virginia Rahmn, Supervisor Gore’s grandmother….but why? Why does the County DA have zero interest in conducting an investigation on this tyranny? The County is hand selecting who receives cannabis permits & who is investigated to benefit their own internal network. Mr. Mckee & Mr. Gore are currently under investigation with the FPPC due to complaints I submitted: 2023-00044 ​/ 2022-00357. You can look up these cases in the FPPC database.
