The local community are extremely concerned with the lack of consultation with regards to the councils development of Olchfa Lane bridal way.

The area is currently home to heritage structures which the proposed path is likely to disturb.

Additionally the path crosses an old household waste area that could present a risk to health.

Many members of the community are concerned with the plan to spoil more natural beauty.

This area is seen as a safe environment for members of the community to safely walk their dogs and walk with children without the worry and dangers that present in other areas.

The overriding concern of the community is the lack of consultation and notice period given for the work to be commenced.

We insist prior to the work commencing the local  community are given  the opportunity to discuss this further with the relevant local authority and stakeholders.
