Adjust the speed limit to 20mph as per other villages in the area.
Create a 40mph "buffer zone" to slow vehicles before 30/20mph signs.
Install a roundabout at the south end of the village where the road splits between the A94 and B953 to reduce traffic speed entering the village.
Install a chicane at the north end of the village to reduce traffic speed entering the village.
Reinstate the bollards at both ends of the village to reduce road width and calm traffic.

The A94 is a rat run from Perth to Forfar to miss out Dundee. Traffic, especially HGV trucks, use this road to cut the distance and congestion when travelling through Perth to get onto the A90 Dundee to Aberdeen trunk road.

This traffic is only going to increase with the building of the Cross Tay Link.

The village primary school lane opens onto the A94, the children and parents have to walk either side of the road or cross it to get to and from school.
