Mr. Fraser has failed in his position as Superintendent and threatens the wellbeing of thousands of students that he is supposed to be working for.  Our children need to be in school 5 days a week for social interaction, face to face learning from teachers, normal school activities/sports and a basic daily routine that keeps them engaged.  Mr. Fraser is actively sacrificing our children's wellbeing and mental health, for his own political agenda and self-worth.  There is NO room for party politics in education.  All we are asking for is a choice for our children to receive the education we pay for. 

- Mr. Fraser has blatantly disregarded recommendations by the Bucks County Department of Health concerning re-opening our school.  He has chosen to use CDC guidelines as the basis of his "plans".  The CDC recommends the following on their website : "The guidance described in this document is based on the best available evidence at this time. This guidance is meant to supplement—not replace—any state, local, territorial, or tribal health and safety laws, rules, and regulations with which schools must comply."  Fraser is doing just that, replacing local recommendations. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/schools-childcare/prepare-safe-return.html

- Mr. Fraser is completely ignoring mental health and how these lockdowns are effecting our children.  He has failed to even mention this in any board meeting or acknowledge if he is concerned about mental health.  With many warnings about this being more of a threat to our kids than the virus itself, he has failed to address this most important issue.  

-Mr. Fraser is hiding results to surveys that prove there is an overwhelming parental support for 5 day in-school education.  The surveys themselves are created to sew confusion and muddy the topic to get desired results.  It's obvious the last survey did not turn out in his favor.

-Mr. Fraser has not surveyed his students. This would destroy his "plan"

-Mr. Fraser is siding with the teachers union that is backed by political parties that want to keep people living in fear and have more interest in teachers than the children they are paid to educate.

-Mr. Fraser has NO plan.  He has had 7 months to work for his district and has presented nothing of substance, and keeps moving the goal post with no end in sight.

- Mr. Fraser decided to track our children using QR codes without the school board voting approval.  Scan codes appeared last Thursday 10/22 on desks at CRN.  This is a complete invasion of privacy of minors.

-We (parents and students) need a leader with a clear vision for his students, a leader with a strong work ethic and a leader that doesn’t cower to teachers unions and political agendas that target children.

We are calling for the resignation, by Robert Fraser, from his position as Superintendent of Council Rock School District.  We also ask the Council Rock Board of Education to remove him from his position if he fails to resign.
