Costco Wholesale offers different products than their competitor, Sam's Club. These items are exclusive to Costco, which motivates Yumans to drive to El Centro, CA or Phoenix, AZ to go purchase those items. One unique thing that Costco offers are discounted deals on cruise vacations.

If Costco were to come to Yuma, it would go in to the old Sears building in the Southgate Mall. That location is across the street from the Big Curve Shopping Center, which has been re-developing over the past couple  years. It would benefit Yumans to have a wholesale store in that location, as it is near a large shopping center that includes restaurants and family shopping. 

In terms of revenue, Costco has a history of bringing in more $$ than Sams Club. This could have the potential to bring more jobs to Yuma as well as revitalize the economy.
