Costcos food court provides easy & affordable meals as well as treats like churros and soft serve "frozen yogurt' (which we all know is really just ice cream). Including root beer in their soda fountain line up would give people the option to combine their soft serve with root beer resulting in a root beer float. Costco would sell more ice cream and sodas and the world would rejoice.
